I opened up a Belk card and I had a shopping pass for 20% off all day, and had the coupons for the additional deals! Wow, awesome!!
They may be short staffed, but who isn't? I went to Target in the Citadel Mall and there were 15 people ahead of me! We need to stay patient during this time, as long as we can and should be grateful that the pandemic were some hard times!!!

I am sharing a personal experience of great customer satisfaction of Belks West Ashley men's department. For Christmas I was given a gift one pair of bedroom slippers without the receipt. I needed a larger size. I went to Belks Wednesday 7:30 pm to exchange for a larger size.
Upon approaching Angela greeted me with a smile and asked me how could she help me. I informed her my problem and she responded immediately. As she was trying to get me straighten out she encountered a problem. She ask her co-worker Sahar for assistance. She begun to work on the exchange and ran into a problem. I was very impress that they said we will get you straighten out. They called the manager on duty Lori and she straighten out the problem immediately.
I see that they are concern about all customers. The three of them were kind, attentive, and professional.

Always have great customer care/service. Associates are always friendly. Always know that if the item is not in the store can purchase and have it sent to the store do a little more shopping and pick up order on my way out! Very convenient!

Great sales in clearance. They had in stock good size choices and styles. Designers like Jessica Simpson, Michael Kors, Nine West and the Limited and more for an extra 50% off. Huge dress selection. Great shopping trip!

First time was able to shop in over a year, I enjoyed it very much. Found many things I needed on sale. They had a dressing room open. Hope to be able to go back more often now.

Belks makes us miss the experience of shopping in person, the smells, the fabrics and most importantly the kind folks Belks always seem to recruit. Some of my earliest memories was shopping with my Dad at the South Windemere Belks for Mom's Christmas gifts each year. Great memories!! Lets support these gems, before the internet makes them obsolete.

Men’s section gets top marks for selection, deals and customer service. I wear the most common sizes in everything and I never found a shirt or a pair of shoes they didn’t have. I also had quite possibly the best customer service I’ve ever had at a men’s clothing store. The gentlemen, also named Will, helped me with all my questions and gave honest feedback.

It was a great shopping experience, and the clerk in the men's department was kind enough to measure me for a dress shirt. The only drawback, the fitting rooms are closed due to covid. If you know your sizes, its no sweat.

It was a quick in and out visit but it was very good. I went in to find out if they replaced watch batteries and even though they did not, the woman at the counter was kind and even gave me a coupon for a place where I could get the help I needed. Great job!
