Best Store Management ever !

It always stinks inside. It's difficult to pinpoint the smell, but imagine mold, sweat, and old coffee combined.

The staff is super friendly, so they do have that going for them.

I almost forgot this. They're out of the most requested items, constantly.

Last night(10/11/2023) I went to this station, I used the at the pump pay. I used my debit card as a credit card cause I have had my card number stolen from them before. I received $15 worth of gas and went on my way. Today my acct has been charged for $75 instead of the amt I purchased. I called the store to ask for an explanation. The girl answered the phone(10/12 @ 1:54pm) just saying “Hello” not saying the store name or identifying herself. I asked for an explanation, she said every gas station charges an up charge and Circle K charges $100. And she’s always known that. NEVER have I ever been charged an up charge at the pump using a credit card. I said the company needs to reveal that at the pump before charging someones acct almost $100. I told her I wld call the company to tell them. She says condescending “Good luck with that” and hangs up the phone. She did say i wld have to wait 24-48hrs for my acct to be reimbursed. I don’t have extra money for them to hold that amount of money. So, if u go the safe route to save ur bank account from being hacked u get penalized. Ridiculous!!! I’ve been to gas stations all over the south and never had I experienced this or the rudeness from an employee. Very unprofessional!!!

Screaming at customers and complaining about her fellow employees not wanting to work! Corporate office needs to let her go ! Everyone has a bad day , but no excuse for her verbal abuse and behavior Just a horrible experience

There is a couple employees inside with a manager just screaming at them about how they didn't want to go in the cooler if you wanna waste your time and get verbally rated as you're just trying to wait to get something this is the perfect 7-Eleven for you. WORST MANAGER EVER!!

Hey , I am not usually one to complain. I had a very odd interaction with the young man Chevron. He was very dismissive, rude and inconsiderate. I love 7-eleven on Ashley river road. He did not accommodate anything I was asking for. He was on his phone, he was only nice to customers behind me in line because they were his/them friend. I am 22 and I never leave complaints, he/they were awful. It is my usual stop on the way home, thank you! :)

This store is so horrible I really wish they would close always hiring rude ppl who never wanna do their job. Gas pumps were down I asked why they didn’t put a sign up after she swiped my card she said “cause I don’t feel like doing all that” like ok…..

They claim to be open 24 hours a day but I called their phone # to see if I can come in and buy some snacks and drinks and someone answered the phone so at first I thought they really are open, but all they did was quickly tell me that they are not open and I cannot buy snacks or drinks. They hurried me off the phone like they are busy at 1:45am, yet theyre open?

So youre open, youre just not open. Gotcha! Thanks for making it clear for us that you employ someone there to answer the phone to tell us no you cant sell us things that the person could actually just sell instead of sitting there saying no.

Despite all that common sense, Id suggest you edit your hours and only put your in-store open hours because everyone knows pumps can be used after the store closes. Having a pump machine turned on does not mean you have a 24 hour gas station.

Your store hours should reflect your STORE HOURS, thats the purpose of store hours. Store hours does not mean a machine.

You dont plug in a vending machine and call that a 24 hour store. Thats a machine, not a store. Your machines may be on, your store is closed. Tell us that so we dont have to waste our time.

Im not sure why suddenly showing accurate store hours became difficult, but this is pretty silly.

I came at 8:25 pm on a Tuesday…. doors are locked even though it says 24/7 and lights are on inside. Waste of my time.

Wosrt service ive ever had. The black guy who works behind the counter (4/15 at 16:30) had the most unprofessional customer service ive ever come across. Kept giving me attitude and told me i was ban from the store all because i wasnt giving him full attention while on a important call. Didnt appreciate his behavior. Not gonna lie i lost my cool and told him to f off.

This store is NOT a 24 hour store. Don't know what the hours are. Seems like they're open when they feel like it.

Awful awful place. They don't let paying customers use their restrooms, store is as filthy as the owner...

Inside is closed due to being short staffed. Pay your employees a living wage and this wouldn't be an issue. I promise you.
