I came today's with my dad's broken wheelchair. I think it was the Mgr who helped tighten or loosen a bolt. Said it couldn't be replaced but what he did got it working again - and at no charge! I saw another lighter wheelchair that I will be buying here as the wheelchair is light which is what I wanted. Very very helpful.

I am so pleased with the customer service I have received today. It is very rare in this time to have young people be so kind and helpful. The young man jack that helped me today went above and beyond and actually had knowledge on the products. I stopped coming here due to the rude workers but after today I’m coming back!

I highly recommend this local business, I found the wheelchair I wanted and they were very helpful with choosing the right size. They also recommended accessories I might wanted to consider. They also offer home delivery, since I am unabled to stand or walk this was great. My wheelchair was deliver the next day, and the delivery person help with making adjustments so the wheelchair fit me perfectly. Everyone I delt with was happy and caring. I love my wheelchair the size was perfect and was easy to fit thru doors and we didn't have to move any furniture. And fit into our car with no problem. And prices were very fair. I went into the store to find a wheel chair for my mother in law. Young man was very helpful and I was pleased with my purchase. Two days later the Physical Therapist said we needed an adjustable chair since the seat was too high. I went back to the store and another young man waited on me a showed another chair with adjustable wheels and even got the tools and made the adjustments for me. He said just bring back the other one for a full refund. The prices were even very reasonable and better than other stores I checked. Thank you.

I went in to look for products for my grandparents this past week and a worker named catlin was very empathetic and helpful. As well as very knowledgeable about the products. I will definitely be coming back 👍. I will def recommend this store to people.

First visit at Modesto Market. Sales Representative young lady assist me . Getting in holding door for me. Answered a few questions I asked regarding walkers. Page other representative did a great job. adjusting brakes on my Rollator walker and transfer chair. Suggestions Ken May request have a disabled automatic device. Open door for customers with disabilities and for seniors who needs assistance with heavy door.

Way too overpriced and not for the average shopper. Boosted prices for insurance pay I'm sure. Either way, I would pick things up here if you absolutely have to. Otherwise, search far and wide if showing in bulk. The last time inwent in there, a pack of wooden swaps was $14? Damaged and dusty. Oof.

Limited cane & arm brace selection, and extremely overpriced recliner chairs. We double-cheked the same models online and the markup here is excessive. I brought my grandmother here and the employee at the front (short female, dark hair) was rude, belligerent and adamant about refusing to allow her to try on a brace even if she wore gloves. We had to buy it and then come back four days later to return it-- of course returning something here is another production/exercise in tolerating rude behavior & catty customer service. It took almost twenty minutes -and some very pointed words towards this employee- to finally get our refund. We wound up trying Amazon and they were a far better option- both on price and customer service.

Re: owner's response to this review: We are referring to the short dark haired female employee who has worked there for the last several years. The last time we went was 4 months ago; sorry if it took a while to make you aware of your employee's behavior. All the best.

Terrible customer service. Please don’t waste your time calling this store. They are incompetent individuals who are not willing to provide mediocre customer service. I was looking for an item for my child and they cannot answer basic questions. I asked if they sell pediatric post op shoes. The employee responded that they do. However he was not able to assist in finding out what sizes they have. He gave the phone to another employee who was not able hold a basic conversation and eventually told me that they misunderstood my question and they only carry adult items. This was their way of getting me off the phone. If I could give zero stars I would. If you don’t sell a specific item, I understand. There is no need to be inconsiderate and rude in the process.

I too was disappointed seeing all the good reviews when we had such a bad experience. If there was a minus star I would have used it. We went in looking for a lift chair. The one that needed it was with us. The girl that helped us was barely any help at all. She seemed very uninterested & didn’t seemed she cared if she made a sale or not. We picked a very nice but expensive chair & were prepared to have it delivered about 4 miles. We were told it would cost $75 for a delivery. We mildly objected to paying that much for 4 miles. Delivery would be 5 to 7 days. We asked if it could be delivered the next day because the patient was in need immediately...we were told it would be another extra charge for next day delivery. I voiced my concern at another extra fee. I was told (not politely) that the owner lives in the Bay Area & it is a long drive to get here to deliver the next day. It is his store & he doesn’t have others to deliver & he is so far away & besides they just had a new baby. I admit I reacted in a not very polite way by saying I didn’t give a rip if he had a new baby & that shouldn’t be a good enough reason not to deliver a much needed piece of medical equipment. Needless to say this store lost a sale that amounted to over $1800. We went elsewhere & recommend others do the same. This young lady should not be working in a store with her lack of good customer service.

I am looking for a shower bench for my father and I arrived at the store and apparently they close 10 minutes before their closing time. Walmart does not have what I’m looking for so it’s quite disappointing to show up to a medical store that’s already closed before their closing time. Your business lost out on $100 purchase because now I’m going Back to Oakdale which is where I drove from to CVS to get the bench for my dad.

Completely uncooperative with my effort to obtain insurance reimbursment.
