Easy in & out! But Walmart is cheaper if u have more time it's not as easy in & out! U have to check yourself out - I hate that!

Super nice techs and the pharmacist Brandy is just wonderful. With the pandemic my husband hasn't left the house and hadn't been to the pharmacy in months;🖖🏽 Brandy, being the 🙌🏼Saint🙌🏼 that she is, called to make sure my husband was ok and just a general call just to check in.💃🏿 Going above and beyond💃🏿. We're on a long motorcycle trip from California and needed to get our pain meds refilled. We weren't worried because we use Walgreens at home, imagine our surprise when 6 pharmacies wouldn't fill our written scripts. We were told they are allocated a certain amount of pills and those are for their customers, they wouldn't help us. Walgreens in Jonesboro was pleasant and had no problems filling our prescriptions.

Got my flu shot there yesterday and Lindsay was a awesome "shot giver"! Good job Lindsay! The cashier in the store made sure I got the discount on some clearance items (notebooks) that did not ring up as such! Sorry Did not get her name but you know who you are! Thanks

Was on the road and far from home without my Rx. Very helpful and patient! Worked with me and my home walgreens to get a few pills to tie me over for my trip. Thank you!

I recently visited this Walgreens to scan some photos and print some copies of them and I was helped at the kiosk by an employee named Shannon Hampton. He was so great! He helped me from start to finish! Excellent customer service!!!

I have been a loyal customer of Walgreens for as long as I remember
I presently take 6 prescriptions a day and refil Monthly
This Friday June 16 my wife called me mid morning at work and informed me her Dad had a Stroke. She said we need to leave now. I drive home. Loaded what I thought I needed but forgot my Lantus Pen Perscription. Btw we are in Crossett Ar 4 hours from Jonesboro Ar. The Walgreens we use is at Main and Highland in Jonesboro.
We called Bastript La Walgreens and explained all this but no help offered
After taking my Sugar readings again at over 300. I called Walgreens in Jonesboro and again no help. They explained it is an Insurance thing but I call it a Customer Service thing. Thinking my Monthly and or yearly Bill I pay is tremendously larger than One Pen of Lantus. BTW. The Walgreen employee did tell me he was sorry

Go to this Pharmacy for all your Medication and vaccination needs. Dorean (probably not spelling it right), the pharmacy tech was very helpful, knowledgeable, and went out her way to answer questions and meet my needs. Thanks Dorean!!!!

There are no long lines and the staff is very friendly. If a line starts forming they immediately get more staff so you never have to wait more than a few minutes to check out.
