Ditta Ace Hardware

I went here a few days ago with my fiance, we had the intention of getting her a Stanley cup and getting in and out. Well, after talking to the wonderful people at ace, we ended up getting a new mallet and a cutting board along with the cup.

Everyone that works there is truly friendly and it’s an incredible store to just walk around in. They have pretty much anything you’d need and truly, I can’t stress this enough, every staff member I interacted with was helpful and everyone of them asked if I needed help. Truly incredible experience.

We came in on Saturday late afternoon afer having had our car burglarized in Memphis on our way home to Kansas city. We needed to find a way to temporarily cover thw open window with clear plastic so we could still see through the window.

The blonde lady at the register was very helpful and kind.

The store was clean

The store rep didn't seem to know how to help me but I did find the materials to help me - said the obly option was a tarp for painting but the plastic was not see through. I suggesred the weather-proofing plastic and he said they wouldnt have anything like that. But they did have it and it worked perfectly

BEAUTIFUL STORE! Has just about everything. Basic items (e.g.command strips) are higher in price than some other bih box stores but you are supporting local business

I had an experience in your Highland Drive, Jonesboro Arkansas store I wanted to share (and I fill out very few of these inquiries). I met and was helped by an employee named Danny. Without going into huge details, Danny is exactly the reason people will go to Ace Hardware before going elsewhere. Smart, courteous, knowledgeable and just a wealth of experience. He is what every manager should want from an employee. I'll be making Ace my first stop from now on and I hope this message will be forwarded to the right people to recognize Danny for his great work.

If you are tired of begging for help at large chains, this place is your answer. Every time I have been in, I am greeted and immediately asked if I needed any help. Also, I'm impressed with the quality of their "Ace" brand items. large selection of Yeti, grills, smokers and all the accessories.

Fine experience. Real people. You don't have to find help. They find you. They knew the stuff, they understand your need. No pushing expensive things. Good people. Closest to an old-fashioned hardware store I've seen in twenty years.

This has got to be the nicest Ace I've ever been in.
Super clean and as always all the associates were super helpful. I picked up some hardware a piece of Oak plank and a propane splitter. Very good selection. Parking lot was a good size(I drive a 24ft RV with a toad vehicle) I had plenty of room to maneuver and it looked like they fill Propane( not sure if they do RVs, didn't ask) would definitely recommend this Ace Hardware.

Great selection. Excellent customer service. I wish I had more time and money to spend here. They carry what big box retailers don't. Unique selection, quality products at affordable prices. Loved it. 5 stars for a job well done.

One of the best Ace's I've been to hands down, the owners are unbelievably awesome folks, always helpful. The floor team is amazing and always helpful. The storee is remarkably clean and very organized in a way that actually makes sense wish I could give more stars

I was looking for hardware for a crib, we had so many helpful people right when we walked through the door. Caroline was especially helpful! Even the owner came over to help find what we needed! I was so pleasantly surprised by my visit. Will definitely be going back!!!

If you think old fashion customer service is gone, you haven't been to this store.
I bought a new ECHO trimmer from them at the same price as the big box stores, but was surprised when a customer service guy said he would put fuel in it & make sure every was in good working order.
Not only that, but the cashier also gave me an ECHO hat & insulated cup.
Needless to say they have made a repeat customer out of me.

Bought a drill combo kit for $200 and got a ton of discounts that brought the price down. Customer service was great

I have appreciated how organized the store is and staff who are egar to assist. Every shopping trip has been a pleasant experience.

People there was very polite and the serve was fantastic willing to help you with anything you may want and then something I love the new location it's so easy to get to and you don't have to drive 7 miles
