Honda of Jonesboro

I recently stopped by Honda of Jonesboro to look at a car I had been eyeing online. I was approached by a salesman named Zach D. and he quickly got to work gathering keys and letting me drive every vehicle I inquired about. I wasn’t quite sold on any but then the manager brought around a 2024 HR-V and it was love at first sight! The finance team worked hard to get me as close to payoff as possible on a vehicle I was upside down on. It ended up being the fastest best car buying experience I’ve had. So pleased with Zach and the whole Honda team!

I was searching for a hard-to-find part for my 1997 Civic and having nothing but bad luck. I stumbled across Honda of Jonesboro and gave them a call. Vernon, the parts rep I spoke with immediately helped me and even stayed on the phone while I ordered the part online, which saved me a considerable amount of money. I would give Vernon and Honda of Jonesboro more stars if I could. Personal service, in my experience, is rapidly becoming a thing of the past, but I found it today. Kudos to the folks at Honda of Jonesboro!!

Timely. They do careful work. Are able to get the right part for an older Honda. They wash the car after service. The was station also does detailing and if they are not booked up toe can speak to them about fitting you in for a good cleaning without a full detailing They are in the little building to the right of Service

The experience was very pleasant. Matt made sure my car was parked at the front door under the awning. He even stayed late because I couldn't get there before 5:30 p.m. on a Saturday no less,! The whole experience was very streamlined with no high pressure sales. David worked to get me a financing rate that was nearly 1% better than I had found locally. Matt answered my online request to see the car I found online and eventually bought the same day. I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend your dealership.

My sales guy -Adrian- went above & beyond! I knew they were closed on Sundays & after I got off work I drove by the lot to not waste his time Monday, he was there checking on something for another customer & had already made sure the vehicle I was looking at was at the wash bay!!!

I just wish it wasn’t such a long drive to get there, but is well worth the trip. Terry Kibbey is very easy and pleasant to work with. The whole staff is pleasant. The sales area is exceptionally clean and well taken care of. This is the third Accord I have leased from Honda of Jonesboro. Each time it has gotten better and better. I know when this lease is up where I will be going for my next Accord.

This was one of the best experiences I have had buying a car. I saw the car I wanted and the salesman took his time with me and made sure I was satisfied with the car and it met my needs. The finance officer explained things clearly and made sure I understood all of the paperwork and what to do after the purchase.

Based upon our experience, my family will only do business with Honda of Jonesboro in the future. Adrian is the best salesman we have ever worked with. He was in constant communication, understood our very specific situation, answered all of our questions and genuinely looked out for our concerns and well being. The financing department was helpful an answered all of our questions. The entire experience was comfortable and very, very low pressure. Car shopping isn't usually something that is enjoyable but this experience was nothing but joy. We got the vehicle we wanted and couldn't be happier. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

10 out of 10! The whole service department is full of helpful and polite people. I got in and out way faster than I thought I would. They did way better than other places I’ve used because they actually reset my oil life.
