I love the fact that everyone there is nice. Especially Mrs. Pam. She's not only is she good at customer service she actually cares about you and your well being and does her best to get you the help you need weather it's from the insurance people or doctors. That goes a long way in my book. So thanks pam you Rock

This particular CVS I give not only a five-star but an A+ rating. Their store is Neat and organized and their store and their bathroom facilities are kept clean and the customer service is beyond exceptional. Lavonda, Dylan and Max not only have a lot of patience lol but have went out of their way to help me multiple times. They are very well knowledgeable about how things work, the inventory, and the items that are sold I will definitely be shopping there on a regular basis just because of them . They have a great attitude and because of them I have went from shopping there once a month to once a week at least I highly recommend this place. CVS is lucky to have them.

Luke in the pharmacy was EXTREMELY helpful! They did not have what I was looking for and he found where else in town I could get it! He was even willing to order some for me if nobody had it! Almost made me tear up because it was such a kind and helpful thing to go out of his way for me!

I got my flu shot this morning. The pharmacist, Steve, was timely and very kind. Also, I didn’t feel a thing! I work in healthcare so I’ve had lots of flu shots in the past, but this is my first time getting a shot at the pharmacy. A GREAT experience! I was also able to pick up my rx at the same time. I’ll definitely be back.

I have always had a very positive experience at CVS. The staff has always been very helpful when I needed help finding things even when they knew I was couponing lol. I don't ever see me NOT shopping at CVS

My insurance recently made me switch my meds over to CVS and I couldn't be more thrilled about it. The pharmacists and pharmacy technicians are always so friendly and pleasant. I am a manager in a retail establishment here in Jonesboro and I know how difficult it can be to maintain a friendly attitude all the time. It's refreshing to get such great customer service. I would recommend CVS in Jonesboro for all your prescription needs! Thank you!

Store has very visible signs marking products and nice wide aisles. Store was well stocked and the staff was very friendly. Inventory was all just pharmasuticas lots of other products available. Great place to shop.

Love the staff at the pharmacy! They are always so nice and willing to help me deal with my insurance company. The retail stays is nice as well and willing to help me score the best deals with my coupons.

pharmacy staff are always nice. they are quite busy but handle it well, always greeting us with a smile and accommodating all of our needs !

Love CVS pharmacy they are great and have the best people there on Southwest Dr. One of my preferred pharmacies is to get any other things that you might need from beauty products, some kid toys, etc. Definitely recommend and wonderful staff there. They are so sweet and helpful whether you're inside the store or if in the drive-thru.
