I had a voice-mail problem. I called the support hot line. Not satisfied with hotline. Bless her heart. To say she had broken English is an understatement. She totally wiped out my voice-mail. Literally after an hour she told me it was a Samsung issue. So I went to local store. The lady resolved the issue in less than 30 minutes. I was very impressed. She needs a raise.
