Steak 'n Shake

Well, this was my first time eating here and it was really good! They give you a lot of fries and they are good too! Clean business and friendly staff. Would definitely eat here again.

I haven’t been to a Steak ‘n Shake in years. This one looks more “modern” than what I remembered but I still enjoyed it just as much.

I’ve only ever dreamed of writing this review!

Steak n’ Shake lived up to all the hype I have heard about it. Places like this are why I love being a Local Guide. The service was INCREDIBLY fast, the hostess delivered my milkshake to the table nearby seconds after I had ordered it. My burger was a work or art. Hands down, one of the best burgers I’ve eaten in a while.

We live in the Little Rock area and do not have a Steak and Shake. When we travel we always are excited to find a Steak and Shake where we can eat. Their restaurants are always clean and the food is always DELICIOUS as well as a great value!!

First visit and introduction to Steak 'n Shake. I LOVED IT. Best burgers and peanut butter shake I have ever had.
Some may think I'm exaggerating, but we don't have places like this in EU. Best burgers ever.

Steak 'n Shake was a very enjoyable experience, I came in was given a table and I was delighted to see they have a menu with meals under $4:00 which was good to see. I got the Cajun Steak burger and it was delicious. I definitely recommend this place.

BEST BURGER I'VE HAD IN A LONG TIME!!!! We're from Texas and Whataburger reigns...here in Jonesboro, Arkansas Steak 'n Shake reigns!!!! We ate here yesterday inside with full fantastic service! Our server was OUTSTANDING! Everyone working at 3:00 pm was above and beyond friendly and professional. The restaurant is super clean which is a HUGE thing with me. Ok....now to the food. Not only did we eat there yesterday, we went through the drive-thru this morning on our way back to Texas. Again, fantastic service!!!! We are so impressed! Yesterday I had the Cajun Burger (added pickles and onions with extra Cajun sauce on the side), Cajun fries and a Coke. Spicy but not too spicy, juicy beef, fresh veggies (on the side) and perfect french fries. My husband had the double steak burger with cheese all the way, fries and Coke and our son had the single with cheese, cheese fries and an orange Fanta. The guys both got a milkshake topped with cream and a marischino (spelling?) cherry. Today, the guys ordered the same as yesterday. I ordered the Garlic Steak Burger with onions, pickles, bacon and extra garlic spread, fries with their signature seasoning and a Coke. I thought yesterday's burger blew my taste buds into a New Orleans Mardi Gras....the Garlic Steak Burger made my mouth explode into the BEST dance party that anyone has ever experienced! I found my new favorite burger. It's a shame Steak 'n Shake isn't in the Houston area anymore. It's also a shame that when they where I never tried them.

Food was hot and fresh. Great location. It's just off the 155 interstate in Jonesboro, Arkansas.

My favorite place for lunch when I'm in Arkansas delivering I stop here every time you got to try there EGG NOG SHAKE WONDERFUL.

I always have a good experience ordering food here. Wait times are always short, great customer service and good food. Best burgers around in my opinion.

Great experience. My boyfriend and I grabbed three burgers and two fries. Everything was amazing.

Note: don’t get extra garlic spread on the garlic steak burger… was way to salty and would’ve been better if we left it how it came!

The steakburgers are excellent! A+++ service Ja-Meri was one of the best servers I've had in Jonesboro in years! Very clean and well kept. All of the staff was pleasant and very respectful and accommodating to my disabled husband! Its so nice to have a place to eat that everyone acts like they really want you to be there. Most places act like its a burden to even say hello. Kudos to everyone there! Keep up the good work!

As always, Steak 'n Shake was so yummy. Your food is always prepared fresh. The employees are friendly and professional. As a plus, the prices are reasonable. Can't beat the 444

Had to use an kiosk to order the food and then they would call you to get your tray. The milkshake are really thick and good served with a huge straw.

Honestly, not the first time I've been here, but this was a truly exceptional experience that followed several great ones. The food is tasty and fast, while the ordering kiosks are plentiful to keep you out of lines. When my order got messed up this visit, they happily replaced the entire thing promptly and confirmed the order multiple times to ensure it got made right. At the end of the day, this is probably one of my favorite restaurants to stop at.

Very clean. Great location. The cooks did an amazing job. The food was excellent!!! A definite must try if you are in Jonesboro.

Steak n Shake has my favorite burgers in town. I've tried probably all the burgers on the menu and they're all delicious. My favorites are the garlic burger and the melt. I've never ate inside the restaurant but it's always quick and easy in the drive thru. I've ate there I don't know how many times and they've only ever messed up our order once. I do wish they'd bring back Cajun fries!!

The burgers look and taste amazing! I added a vanilla milkshake and it was also really good. What I appreciate is the quality you're getting for a low price, and I love the variety! I regret not coming here sooner.
