L.L.Bean Freeport Outlet

What a fantastic store! Great customer service, friendly staff, just a pleasure to shop here. The feeling is that they actually do care about your satisfaction. My wife and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Rita, Ryan, and Nicki, at the Freeport, Maine store. We are moving here in the next couple of months and will frequently visit this store. We are impressed with the quality of the clothing at a very fair price. Great job!

Great! The store has a wide range of stuff on sale/discounted. It's definitely worth checking out.

If you’re in the area stop by here. They have a lot of stuff and a wide variety of things. Men’s, women’s and children. Jackets pants tops shoes boots socks etc etc. The discounts are really good. There’s staff available to help you and they’re welcoming and friendly. It’s easy to get to. There’s other stores in walking distance so well worth the trip

My boyfriend and I stopped in this store before heading over to the flagship. We had a lot of fun with Denise, who helped us pick out a couple of pairs of bean boots that were deeply discounted and some other items. Denise was super helpful and answered all of our many questions. This is a great place to find some amazing deals!

I have never shopped in store before. It has always been the catalog. On vacation for the first time in Maine I decided to go shopping. I knew L.L. Bean was located in Freeport, but I was not observant for I first entered the Outlet and not the main store. I did buy a shirt here and the cashier named Anne was very pleasant. We chatted and she asked if I found everything I needed. I replied, yes and no. I mentioned I only saw one pair of boots and thought the store would be bigger. She obviously knew I was not a Mainer and informed me this is an Outlet store. She gave me directions to the main store. Okay, I felt stupid because I am. I thanked her.

Vicki and Lori helped me out when I had a question with an items warranty. Thanks to the both of them, especially Vicki!

I really. enjoyed shopping for bargains here, they're there, you just need to look for them. The store is packed with items, we found quite a few things and enjoyed ourselves.

Great village feel for shopping. LLBean dominates the landscape with home stores, kayaks, and a main store as well as an outlet store nearby. We drove up from Portland, and may just make this our stop over in Maine! Nice brewery and shops, lobster rolls and lobster bisque a few short steps from the LLBean home store. Many nice gift items for the upcoming holidays or any event!

I've been shopping here for decades and love the quality. Purchased jacket and boots on this visit, but I've also purchased home goods, furniture, and bedding, as well as clothing for the family and outdoor supplies.

If you're in Freeport in the summer, check out LL Bean's Summer Concert Series. Free, outdoor concerts with a variety of quality performers and bands, just bring your own chairs earlier in the day to reserve your spot.

Found some great stuff here, especially staples like towels, dog beds, bathing suits, shirts. Recommend. In the back of the mall across the street from the main LL Bean complex.

All of the L.L. Bean stores in Freeport are fantastic and we make sure to visit every time we get to visit Maine. Last week, we went to the Outlet store and had a big haul. One item didn’t get packed into our bag during check out and we never even noticed until something arrived into the mail today. The staff at the Outlet store mailed the item, free of charge and unprompted, directly to our home and had our address on a note attached to the item and everything! If that is not amazing customer care, I do not know what is!!

The LL Bean flagship store is super fun. It is a beautiful campus to walk around and even with Covid-19 restriction is able to host outdoor lesson & activities like socially distant yoga outside. The store it self is really nice and doesnt feel like a regular department store with all the would and features that have been designed to mimic nature or natural features.

Coming up from the South for the Winter was a big change. I had a lot of winter clothing needs. The LL Bean outlet was the perfect stop to find what I needed! I feel like I saved money without giving up quality. I was pretty pleased with the selection I was able to choose from as well. Monica was a great resource in helping pick out some items. Not only did she answer all of my questions, but she was also super fun and friendly to talk to! Made the experience shopping here that much better! Thank you, Monica!

This is probably my favorite store in the shopping center across the street from l.l Bean. I guess I'm not sure why they don't just put this store inside the main building but they don't.
All the stuff you see on the racks are in good shape. I shopped here on many occasion and buy something about half the time. It can be hit or miss due to the nature of an outlet store.
I think I prefer this store across the street, but I have lived in Maine my whole life so this is a great place to find bargains but the main store is such a cool place. I love living in Maine. I always have and I always will.
