I love the clothes at JCPenney. I put five stars because of the fact that I like the products. But they don’t have many stores around. In fact I think that they are closing down many stores. It’s a shame because they have good choices and great prices.
I hope that they don’t close this one.

I’ve always LOVED JC Penney’s and now I can see how they love and give back to their customers! I’ve never seen any other store give back like this! Plenty of employees working the day after Thanksgiving and ready to help! Thank you for all you do… every one of you! ❤❤❤

I have to give a big shout out to Deanna in the windows department. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when I was choosing blinds and shutters for my new home. Her level of customer service was exceptional and she truly went above and beyond. My new blinds and shutters look SO amazing thanks to her that I am considering ordering for more of my windows from JC penny!

Excelent penny's, great selection and lots of good deals. Caring staff members said hello to me and asked if I needed help which goes a long way in my book.

I had to walk walk walk. Store so big. But. I was compensated.... they have a very nice section for plus size women. Wow, they have improved. I bought 8 outfits. Seven more than I went for.

A great store. Very customer relations focused. Prices are very competitive.

Great place to buy your curtains. The cust service here is fantastic. The lady who is on the floor is quite knowledgeable about the products that JC Penney offers in this department. She gave me her card but I can't find it at the moment. Go see the Allison Janey look alike ;)

Best prices in Maryland! And they always have what I'm looking for. I had an unexpected trip to Florida and was able to find clothing for the warm weather there and best of all a swimming suit, when most stores did not have by then. It's a long drive from me but so worth it.

Decent prices and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. It wasn't overly crowded even though it was Christmas time but things weren't very expensive and they had a lot to choose from. I generally like JCPenney but I did find this one to be a little more up and up and cleaner and more straight than some of the other ones I've been to. I like Annapolis Mall in general and I do like this JCPenney.

I had to work nearby. You can get better clothes here for about the same price as Walmart. I didn't think I could afford department stores but I could shop here. Sale prices

Bleidy is an EXCELLENT staff member. She should be commended for her exceptionally high level of customer service. You don't see that very often nowadays.

Love this place. Went here for family portraits and they were very accommodating!!! They were double booked but still moved very quickly before others became impatient. Nina and Christina were amazing photographers and did an amazing job tending to my family

Incredible big and tall section. Extremely durable clothes and up-to-date. And so inexpensive. I will never stop shopping at JC Penney.

Went to get pics done of my newborn... The price plans were already decent but they still applied military discount. We loved the pictures and will be back in a few weeks to do a family portrait. What's not to like?! See y'all soon!

One of the last brick and mortar stores around . I love Penny's. They have a large variety of clothing and accessories. The pricing is very good and the quality is superb. Hope they stay around. I don't care for this online stuff.
