The best customer service at 6:30 in the morning! The world needs more people like Lita (I believe that's what her name is). Very friendly and upbeat!

Big shout-out to Cameron in the drive-thru for warning me that one of the ingredients in the dairy-free drink I ordered contained milk. Saved me from a very uncomfortable afternoon. Definitely makes this my new favorite location.

We visited this Starbucks at 8 am. It was very busy. The batista was sweet and happy. Every employee was focused and friendly.

The store was clean and well stocked. The bakery case was filled. There was a good selection of goodies to choose from. There was a small selection of mugs and tumblers.

Our drinks were perfect and made quickly. We will be back. Highly recommend

Great girls here. Even at close they helped me at the drive through. Asked me how my night was going and sent me on my way satisfied. I don’t go for Starbucks political involvement but I do condone a visit to this location. They do it proper.

Love Starbucks espresso and lates. I am not a fun of drip coffee, and I would either make my own coffee or drink Starbucks. The baristas are always friendly. Wendy always greets me by name.

I have been to many Starbucks across the US and UK almost every day for the past 10 years. Over that time I have seen their stores change. I like the coffee but it just seems that the level of service and friendliness has changed/is changing tremendously.

But, I have to say that this Starbucks location specifically stands out as one of the most kind and genuinely customer friendly places I frequent. I go out of my way to go here.

Definitely worth the extra mile or two for the service and smiles! The experience at this store has a feel to it if appreciation for their customers.

I usually don't have an issue here, but today was something else. I waited for 15 minutes in store for a mobile order that I placed 10 minutes prior to arrival. I understand they were understaffed and busy around that 2pm hour, however, my order was placed in the wrong area, and after I finally asked where my order was, I was handed a melted Frappuccino. Not happy.

One of my favorite SB’s, although parking can be tricky with the drive-thru traffic. When it’s busy, I recommend you park near the Kroger. The staff consistently provides great service and are very friendly.

Love this location! Jonathan, Erin, Mary and everyone honestly are so friendly and make my drinks perfect every time.

THE BEST customer service I have ever received in my many years of visiting Starbucks locations all across the nation. Susannah’ s work ethic, efficiency, and customer service was absolutely outstanding!! I have never seen a crew work so well! Keep it up Susannah!!

Everyone can vouch one Starbucks drink will not hurt your bank account. But when you question where all your paycheck went and you look to see “Starbucks, Starbucks, Starbucks, Starbucks” there is your answer. This morning was my cheat day as long as I got something small. An iced coffee $4. And some cents. The first thing I noticed about the brewesta working the drive thru this morning is her beautiful accent (me being of foreign decent myself you compliment unique qualities). When I got to the window she introduced herself as “Lita” not to be mistaken with “lisa”. She gave me my drink and with warm regards said it was on her, she took care of my payment. I just woken up but my eyes got watery not from the early am timing like my usual mornings. But from her sweet gesture, this review is for Lita.

The baristas work so hard with the other Keller store closed. There ia a constant line of drive-through, mobile and in-store orders. But despite that, the orders come in fast and baristas are very pleasant, friendly and polite. I love this store.

First time to this location and I have found my new home Starbucks!!! Kalob is the absolute sweetest!! He greeted me with such an amazing energy and all the positive vibes!! He made sure to ask me if it was my first time trying my drink and my breakfast item and it was. He explained in detail what to expect from each item and made sure I was okay with that, and if I wasn’t he said to let him know!! Talk about customer service in detail!!! Kudos to him and this location!!!

I love coming here in the mornings to visit the amazing Lita! She makes me feel like a valued regular. It’s nice to have “my” Starbucks to go to and feel at home.

Always have great customer service

This place has great customer service. I always go about 645 in the morning. You know your crew is special if they are smiling that early. They always make my ice coffee right. It taste delish as well. Prices are good. The inside the store is always clean and inviting.
