CVS

This CVS was a life saver. My entire family was recovering from the flu and when I needed a pharmacy open 24 hours, this was the only one within reasonable driving distance at 0200. I needed diapers and Pedialyte and they had exactly what I was looking for. There were two gentlemen that were especially helpful. They could have easily let me wander around and let me find what I was looking for on my own, but they decided to help me.

I am so thankful they were open in my time off need. I live right nextdoor to a Walgreens and Kroger but neither were open but this CVS was.

Nicki, thanks for your awesome help looking at every toy aisle to help me look for a toy airplane. You were so helpful when I just finished up a clinic appointment and even asked another customer to wait while you finished helping me. Fantastic customer service!

Staff always extremely friendly and helpful. Pharmacy is always fast and keeps medication in stock. Open 24 hours. Absolutely excellent!

This pharmacy and store has a great pharmacy team led by Cu and excellent store manager let by Todd. I Visit this store 6-7 times a week for staples And prescriptions and they are always fast and warn me about any upcoming insurance changes for my medicine. But went out of his way on his day off to arrange for a new prescription for me when my doctor made an error. Couldn’t be happier to be a customer.

I fill all my families medications here and the customer service is always above and beyond any other CVS I have ever been to. Every time I go, there is one gentleman that is even more friendly than the already excellent staff. I don't know his name but he always makes it a point to get our medications out fast and with a priority especially since he knows I have younger children in the house they fill for. He always makes it a point to call me by name and gives 110% service to me. This is the type of customer care I would want to have for my business. I would pay more just to have this service every time I go to a retail store. It's that great! Thank you PHARMACY STAFF of CVS in Keller for making it easy to get the medications my family needs. The only pharmacy open later in our area and each time I've been, the pharmacy staff are working non stop, short staffed trying to help everyone. Extremely thankful for them.

24 hour pharmacy with quick and friendly service. Was surprised to see that the pharmacy was open on Memorial Day. The staff here is always super friendly and the store is always clean. There's apparently a curb side option now, I will have to,give that a go next time.

On the late evening of Monday September 30, 2013, my husband was late getting out of surgery. The only way that I could get his meds for pain was to find a 24 hour pharmacy. This Pharmacy was the only one I was aware of at that time of night, and while they were busy and told me it would be a 45 minute wait, after the long, tiring day I had already had, they were done quickly and were so very sweet to me. They actually made me cry because I was so grateful for their help and quick service. I believe I will be moving all of my pharmacy needs to a CVS now.

Just visited this store from out of town and had to leave a review because the gentleman working was SO kind and helpful. There was another loud difficult customer causing a scene and he remained kind with her while getting me taken care of. Just wanted to say, great job and Merry Christmas!!

I was absolutely blown away by the level of customer service Tammy provided when I went to pick up my prescription. I normally go to whatever pharmacy is closest. Not anymore, I will drive across town to get my refills here. Me and my family greatly appreciate it, Tammy.

I’m visit this store since 2004 and always I’m happy the associates are really good I never have any bad experience

I stopped in at about 2am for a container of Ponds and proceeded to lock both my keys and phone in the car. Anthony and Vu were extremely kind and willing to help me in my dilemma (even going as far as to offer an Uber). Cut to 3:30, Anthony was able to successfully unlock my car.
Amazing, above and beyond customer service.

Have had a great experience at this location. We have a large family and majority of our medication is through here. They have a good pharmacy staff and it is obvious they care about their patients.

The pharmacy here is a great place to get shots and the staffs there are really nice
