Rating for their pharmacy/ pharmacist. I was there on 12/23 to drop and pick up a prescription for my dog. She was so help in getting me taken care of, and made sure I understood what to do. Thank you!

This is the cleanest grocery store in my area. I drive from the Alliance area just to shop here. I love it!!

Beautiful place. Food service needs fine tuning. Out of 8 of us, the first 2 people got their food last.
Food was fair at best this visit. The atmosphere was fun and entertaining. Sadly, booking courts is up to 2 weeks in advance 😢 this is sad. There should be open play on outdoor courts always, they will eat and drink. It would be worth the keeping of 2 courts unreserved.

Pharmacist was very friendly and helpful. He was by himself but there was hardly any wait time. Made sure we knew about the medications we were picking up for our puppy. Excellent service.

Small community store, has fresh produce and the people are friendly. As with every other grocery store, seems they could always use at least one more checkout open.

Very friendly people, also very helpful. Provides information in a nice friendly way, makes it easier to find items. At times they walk to the where the item is and point it out. They have always been very helpful, ready to help. This another reason why I always shop at Tom Thumb. Great people , friendly. Thank you so much for making it easy for us shoppers that sometimes can't find items or forget where they are.

Always stocked with fresh Meats . Great sales and discounts . Love the floral shop they have greats gifts , flowers n decor.

I needed a particular bottle of wine for my daughter in laws birthday that I can only find at Tom Thumb. It had to be this particular wine for her. When I arrived, there was none on the shelf. I asked a staff member for help, who also asked for help from another couple of nearby staff members before going to get Shane Davenport whom the staff member told me would know all about the wine. Shane immediately called the wine maker and asked why he didn't have any on the shelf and found out it was being unloaded in the back at that moment. Shane asked if I could wait 5 minutes and went to the back to find the wine for me. I have never experienced this level of customer service anywhere else! On top of that, it was 2 days before Thanksgiving when grocers are busy. 5 stars for Shane Davenport and the rest of the helpful staff at Tom Thumb Keller!

Grabbed a couple of roasted chicken wings in the deli as a snack. Found shine yummy varieties of tea to try before I host my tea party.

I like shopping at this location. The staff is very friendly. This staff works very hard to accommodate the customers. Before the COVID scare, during and continuing with shortages, this staff including Managers, holds ‘true’ to the meaning of GREAT customer service. In reviewing some of the “low star” reviews, I literally just shake my head. I would challenge anybody, to stand in the shoes of this staff - through all the COVID hatred, low or zero products in the store. Long hours and mask mandates......how many of YOU would last under that pressure. It’s so easy to demand and complain, so your VOICE is heard. Walk a “week” in their shoes and see how the “reality” unfolds. Bet you won’t be so quick to complain. “ FOOD FOR THOUGHT “

Tom Thumb is the best grocery store, ever. Every time I've come here, the employees are always so kind and helpful! If you're worried about Covid safety, they are all wearing masks! Even before it was government mandated.
For some reason, this place feels different from other grocery stores. It feels like they actually care about the customers, not like you're just another sale. 2 thumbs up!!

Great local Tom Thumb in Keller, Texas. Great location and layout. People are friendly and helpful. Good selection of fresh produce and meat. I've always liked Tom Thumbs and this store will not disappoint. You will be glad you did!

The workers in this store are very friendly and helpful. They have self checkout lanes making it quick and easy to get what I need. I especially enjoy buying items from the produce and bakery dept.
