Just had the BEST experience EVER purchasing a new phone and transferring all of my email, apps, etc. Chasity McBratney knows her stuff! Phenomenal Customer Service. I was on my way to the gym stopped to get some headphones and met Chaisty. When I think of great customer service, presenting value and not being pushy. I can say Chasity is the epitome. Not only did she take her time and explained everything to me she was also honest. She said we can't beat that deal buy here's our coverage area this is what we have to offer you and I needed what she had to offer. I changed my service that day two lines. I had to change the credit card for my auto payment. The young man was very helpful and saw me coming to the door, opened it up for me, and helped me right away. He was very kind and helpful. I had a few questions about my account, and he answered all of them for me. It's wonderful to see a kind-hearted young man like this being extremely helpful.

Enrique and Jake have been a wonderful help to me in buying my new phone and in switching from Spectrum to ATT . They are both professional , knowledgeable and kind . I am so glad they are my team !

We were looking to upgrade our phones and Enrique helped us out! He was very knowledgeable about the different options and went over the differences in specifications and prices. With that, the whole process was super painless and quick!

Henry was amazing today in helping me with my device issues! I spent two hours on the phone with customer service yesterday only to be left with zero resolution, but today Henry pulled out all the stops to make sure my issue was handled and resolved. He was patient, professional and understanding, and didn’t give up on me. Such a great representative for this store! Also, kuddos to Enrique for keeping up with the many customers who came in while Henry was helping me. They are an awesome, positive team. Grateful for their hard work today!

This was an AMAZING young man that fixed all my issues today. Maguire was SO informative.. patient… and helpful, I wish he worked for ME. I had to leave the store to run to the bank while he updated my phone for me. I got VERY lost and he stayed after hours so that I could find my way back to him. I am grateful to him forever and will ALWAYS use him as my “ go to” guy when traveling in The Metroplex. THANKS, Maguire… you pretty much rule…

Visited the Keller store this morning after a phone went unexpectedly dead....Enrique G. helped me out. I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes and my mobile phone needs were met and exceeded. Enrique was extremely kind, courteous and knowledgable.
