This is a tremendous location to purchase running shoes. The staff is beyond knowledgeable regarding shoes and feet type which makes the experience all the better.

This isn't a 'browse' type of establishment per se. Instead, the employees seek to provide you the best possible individual attention you deserve. Your name will be taken down and you will be attended to as ASAP.

They also provide veteran's discount as an added bonus.

I’m not A runner and typically buy from large box stores but after showing up to bear creek after receiving a gift card i’n future customer. They measured my feet and watched how I walked and made some recommendations based on my walking habits. The sales girl presented 3 good options for me. Out of the 3 I picked the Brooks Ghost that felt the best. A bonus the shoe color has kind of a nautical look. My only issue is the lack of colors but I wear a large uncommon shoe size so it’s understandable. Other wise the experience was excellent and if I like another color of a particular shoe I will see if it can be ordered.

Amazing experience! I rarely write reviews, however my trip to BCR definitely warrants one. I abhor shopping for walking/running shoes and avoid it all costs. When the cringe-worthy event presents itself, I usually find myself at one of the big box stores inconveniencing a salesman with all my questions. My husband and I showed up unknowingly RIGHT at close and was warmly greeted by Betsy. She answered ALL my inquiries, brought out ALL the shoes, and even placed them on my feet…what is this new, yet familiar (if you’re born before the 80’s) experience?!?! To the owners, staff, and community of Bear Creek Running Co,, thank you for your time, expertise, and kindness!

Walked in with my old running shoes hoping to get a better fitting pair. Jonny measured my feet and brought out lots of options for me to try. He was thorough explaining everything what I was feeling and what I should look for in a great fitting shoe. I’ll be coming back for sure!

Got my last 2 pairs of running shoes here...great customer service... sometimes you really need to have some advice and expertise on picking a good running shoe. I do half marathons so it's important to make a good decision to protect my feet.

I bought a pair of shoes (Topo) from here. I think….Susan helped me to find a perfect pair. She was kind, patient and super helpful. It was a wonderful experience. The product is much more functional than Nike. Highly recommended.

I’m new into running and after a month or so of starting I decided I should buy an actual pair of running shoes, Allison was super helpful and very welcoming with finding me a perfect pair and I’ll for sure be back for my next pair

Walked in last weekend to get some shoes for my 8 year old son's pronation and received help from Joshua. He was extremely helpful with measuring and selecting shoes for my son. Now that it is the next weekend, I came in to get my foot measured up and was helped by Susan and she was fantastic at selecting shoes that fit my supination and a style that I was looking for. Cannot recommend this place enough and love helping the mom and pop places that are trying to bring true customer service back to the brick and mortar stores. As a matter of fact, I got to shake hands with the Pop in the mom and pop shop.

I needed a new pair of Hoka's in time to break them in before a race, but ordering them online was going to take too long. I discovered Bear Creek Running Co, and stopped by to see if they had the size and model I was looking for. They got me into a new pair of shoes in minutes and answered my questions about two different models. Will be back for my next pair.

I went into Bear Creek last minute on Sunday. I had been shopping around for shoes and couldn’t find anything that was comfortable. Johnny assisted me with finding the perfect pair of shoes for my needs. He was attentive to my needs and used his knowledge to point me in the right direction. The whole process was awesome. Great running shoe store with helpful employees!! Wish they had a bigger selection but I'm just being picky! Will definitely swing by again if I need anything running related and definitely will recommend in my book

We had the BEST experience here! Jessica jumped in to help us and she had 10+ years experience in shoes. She knew right away what shoes my 9 year old needed with his flat foot pain. She took her time with us and was so patient and helpful. Highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back!

The team here are great. They want to know how you are going to use the shoes, they look at how the shoe fits you individually and are knowledgeable all the way around. I’ve purchased several pairs here over the past five years or so and have never had a bad experience!

Loved this place! They don’t rush you (I’m a terrible decision maker) and get you what you request and have great suggestions and knowledgeable.

I came in looking to buy my first pair of good quality running shoes mainly to use at the hospital or when I feel like running outside since I am on my feet a lot at work. Terry measured my feet and brought out a couple of different shoe brands to find out what would work best for my feet and even explained each shoe too me. Amazing customer service! I’m glad I came here instead of going to another shoe place.
