Jacob was very helpful in the upgrading to new phones process. It was easy and he explained everything in great detail and made the process simple. We will definitely be going back with any and all inquires.

Matt is a great guy. Really helpful and polite. I came in because my phone had lost service and he got me up and running almost immediately. Whenever I need an upgrade or anymore help I’ll definitely be going to him.

I came in to have help in switching my old iPhone to a new one. Sarah was very helpful and courteous. She was the only sales person in the store and was able to help me and another customer who came in at the same time. It took a little while but she helped me the whole time I was there. Kudos to her for being professional, helpful and friendly!

Went to this location to switch my service from Verizon to AT&T and it was great. Sean was the only one working at that time and he was a very pleasant and helpful associate. He made the process easy and really knew what he was doing. There was an irate woman that came by and he handled it well and professionally. Would recommend this location!

The sales representative was very professional. Best experience I’ve had in a while with any representative. The product was as advertised. I purchased my very first iPhone and just tried the ear buds. Wow, I see why my friend Carmen walks around with hers in her ears all the time. Just never knew what I was missing. Very satisfied! No pressure to purchase anything that I didn’t want.

Ruth helped me save my phone's information after my toddler gregariously attacked the charger port with a stick. She went above and beyond to save the data on my quickly-dying phone, and then helped me find a way to fix it! The one-on-one attention and care I get at this location, which is locally owned, is phenomenal. I would drive well out of my way to use them over any other cell phone store.

Very helpful staff but seems to have a lot of turnover I usually like to deal with the same person when I buy something from AT&T store you buy something next few days you go back for assistance that person you bought it from is no longer there I don't like that
