AT&T Store

Best ATT store I have ever been too. I was helped immediately when I walked into the store and was given great, accurate answers to ever question I had. I will only use this location for all of my ATT needs. Very impressed with the service, thanks yall!

Michael and Diego are literally amazing. They spent over an hour helping me and exhausted all of their resources to do so. If there were more people like them on the corporate side of this company their customers would be more happy. I entered the store frustrated, annoyed and confused after contacting customer care who seemed to invent a new obstacle every time I contacted them. They were both able to quickly deescalate the situation and provided me with the help I needed. Unfortunately I made the decision to switch services but had I been receiving the help that they had provided, from customer care. I wouldn't have do so.

What an amazing experience, working with Amber, assistant manager, and Mike the manager. Also, Aiidin was very helpful ! They spent time with me never losing patience, and always being a highly professional team! I highly recommend AT&T in West Palm Beach on Village Boulevard.

This store is amazing. Absolutely amazing! Way better then the store at the outlets and the other one near I-95 on Okeechobee. Management before was horrible but the new manager Brandon is very amazing. He knows what he’s doing & he knows all there is to know about electronics or anything else you may need help with when coming into the store. His customer service skills are over the top! Any questions I had he had a answer for it. Very friendly guy that wants to help whoever comes in get the best deal possible. He cares about his customers and doesn't just look at us as a sale. This is the only store I've come to where the manager actually cares about the customer and makes sure he does his best. This man is amazing. I’m all for the Village location. ! Oh also I can’t forget, I was with my friend and she had her dog with her waiting outside so I told Brandon I was kinda in a rush because she needed to get her dog home to drink some water and after that he went in the back and came out with a plastic bowl with water in it for me to give to my friends dog while they wait ! Amazing amazing !

Amazing store!!!! Mike and Shawn are the best!!!! Helpful, saved me lots of money and got my son a new phone as his broke!! Clean store l, nice atmosphere and just a great experience!!!! Thanks guys for making my raining Sunday awesome!!!!

The place is under new management. Lex and the entire staff are extremely helpful. They made shopping for a new phone and service so easy. They were able to get me the deal I wanted, at the price I needed. The most professional group of guys I ever met.

The gentlemen named Michael a very knowledgeable and enthusiastic associate that helped me with my wireless needs strived to guide and help me for the best possible solutions in every aspect while providing me with literally world class customer service. I usually don't write reviews, but the way that the new manager at this place took care of me and my mothers issues with our phones was exceptional, he took his time to show us what we needed to know about them, and even took a look into my account and hooked me up with a new promo! im paying even less than i was with two new phones and a new tv plan, they finally got rid of the girl there and got some guys who know what theyre doing Jarelle and Brandon... Yesterday I finally decided to switch from Android to IPhone. Gabby the manager was beyond helpful she set up everything for me and answered any questions I had, She definitely made sure everything was working properly and I was happy! All staff was nice and friendly.Good Atmosphere. Clean store. Thanks for all of your help!
