CVS

My shopping experience was very smooth I was able to locate things I havnt in other locations and stores. I did notice items when knowing the name and size it’s still difficult to locate within the store making me look at more items then i would like. I saw this long line that was there for a while so I skipped to the self checkout and a employee even came by to assist. It was a great experience for this location 5 stars

I have to say the CVS employee Carla was amazing!! She helped me with everything I needed, and had great, friendly customer service.. CVS is always clean, and the employees are very helpful..

Would give this store a 10 if possible! Fast, professional and employees are ALWAYS friendly, including pharmacists!
I have never had to wait more than a few minutes to fill rxs. But even if I did, I would not mind because I can see how hard they work.

It appears that CVS places a priority on helping the customer and getting rxs filled more than other pharmacies like the Walgreens across the street..

This pharmacy is efficiently run and the staff is super compassionate, kind and professional.

I commented to one tech about how nice they were at this CVS & she said “it is my job & being nice doesn’t cost anything!” How refreshing! What a great attitude to have! Store is clean and open late -fav pharmacy ever!!

Adam at the front of store is soooo nice! Works so hard with line full of people and forgot to mention the app and coupons.. no exaggeration.. just got half off of 167.00 with coupons and carepass discounts-love this store!!

I am very happy about CVS and their services! CVS is my most trusted store! I visited the in the corner of Okeechobee and Military in WPB, FL. There were lot of customers and there was this one associate handling us all. Some had issues in self checkout. Poor her 😌

Experienced a new to me pharmacist Eileen and all i can say is pharmacist should take notes from this woman she took the time to advise me of a medications side effects and longterm effects if crossed with another medication that i am taking and rather than barking at me as if I did something wrong how it seems to have turned out for whatever reasons with pharmacist jobs by the patients are not the ones prescribing themselves medication we don't know unless you tell us not necessary she simply explained and expressed her concern//rather than all of the extra attitude (stand in// temp //jamaican trini accent)that other pharmacist now days do/ I hope Eileen is sticking around

If i could give individual stars I'd give Christina 5stars not sure if she is the pharmacist herself but she is about the only one that I can tell she takes her job as what it is just to do just that and she treats people like normal people regardless of what you look like or the medication you are on people don't realize those that are on heavy pain meds are on them for a reason I had half ofto not flow properly before the surgery and after has done nothing for me it feels like I am constantly hooked up to a car battery I have a 9 year old son that is my life and think of all the things I could be doing if I didn't feel the way I feel i had half of my spine replaced with artificial bone and a cage put in caused by a tumor on my brain stem that didnt allow the spinal fluid to flow properly amd cause my discs to portrude not to mention knee and shoulder surgery one month prior the same day yet just about every employee when I tell them the medication I am trying to get filled i can hear the sarcasm and see the looks i get I didn't chose this life but Christina is very sweet and seems to be understanding they should give her a raise and have her teach her team how to have a little more compassion I don't expect sympathy because everyone has there own problems just care to receive respect the same how I put out everyone has there own battles but ot doesn't mean to take it out on anybody else or take your job as if you're better than anyone ther is another older gray haired woman that is always on the move and has good energy as well but to everyone else life might not be as tough as you think it is buck up and enjoy life because there are genuine people out here suffering and your smile just might make there day

I am happy to recommend this location's pharmacy HIGHLY. I get consistently quick, outstanding service. Waiting on hold is common everywhere these days, so I don't mind. What I appreciate is, when they answer every call, the amazing service I get, and every time I drive up to the window, same. Thank you to an unusually dedicated staff. (I have no connection to the store, just a surprised, grateful customer who transferred from "another" non-CVS pharmacy a few months back!).

I would like to leave a review on the pharmacy. First of all the pharmicist Tom is as nice as to be expected and it seems they don't even get a lunch break. I had problems with my insurance changing and they were patient while I sat in consultation to get it cleared up. Mo was also very patient in dealing with the insurance issue and giving me the direction I needed instead of shoving me off to the side or rushing me off.Once that was taken care of Tom explained that it had fallen down in que due to that hiccup and he couldnt say when it would be ready and I had to respect his honesty and assertion. Turn around because I got a text it was ready but it was wrong in the system. He didnt hesitate, fuss, or argue. He handled it inmediately. Overall. They work really hard and dont get enough credit for that. People literally in their face all day. Even getting paid to do that is a bit much. Keep it up. Its pharmacist & techs like them why I just stay with this specific CVS. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

There are two pharmacists at this location. They are both the best I have ever met. Great communicators, and they truly are helpful not just trying to move you along

I have been using Walgreens on Palm Beach lakes and most of the time they do not have my prescriptions. My fiance went to CVS for me on military and Okeechobee and we found that their staff was very efficient. One of the female pharmacists ordered me sodium chloride tablets which I have to take because I have hyponatremia. We had gone to Walgreens prior to get this and they gave us sodium bicarbonate this was an extremely different form of sodium,I was getting sicker and sicker. Finally my fiance James looked at the bottom and realized that it was sodium bicarbonate and not sodium chloride. He went to CVS and not only did they have the sodium chloride but they ordered extra for me a female pharmacist so that I would not have this problem the following month. I couldn't believe that she went and did that just for me. Within two days I was feeling much much better. I regret not getting her name because I would like to personally thank her for saving me a trip to the hospital. I broke my hip in January,
Unfortunately I got an infection and have had seven surgeries since. I had been going to Walgreens for almost 3 years and they never ever want had my pain medication no matter what type it was. I felt sorry for James because every time he went there they made him feel like he was doing something wrong. he started going to CVS and if they did not have my medication they made sure the following week they ordered it and had it ready for us. It saves so much time and trouble. I will be using this CVS for my Pharmacy for all future medications. I just want to thank this particular CVS for taking the time and caring. They are extremely professional and courteous they definitely get five stars from me.

Drive thru is not an express it's a convenient. What happens inside also happens at drive thru. If there is a long line just means everyone came in at the same time. Yours is not the only script the tech is working on. Yes it does take about 15 minutes to "slap" a label on. You need to let the pharmacy know if you changed ins. The techs or pharmacist can not change you script w/o Dr. knowledge. Laws also prevent us from other situations as well. This CVS doesn't their best to please everyone, but there always will be a dissatisfied customer, only because they don't know.

This is a very nice store that is kept clean and has helpful employees. They recently remodeled the rear of the store around the pharmacy.

I typically don't leave reviews. And if you would have asked me prior to today, I would've rated any pharmaceutical company less than one.
But today one of the staff here made my day ... actually, he made my month.
So to Terrence,
I just wanted to let you know how much today meant to me. About a year ago to this day, I attempted suicide. That's why I'm on the four different medications. I don't have health insurance and like everybody, I struggle to make ends meet. The depression and suicidal thoughts make living harder and luckily for me, my medications help me push to live another day.
Four medications that cost about 300$ so every month when I have to refill them, I have the worst anxiety and wonder if I'd be better off ....
You were the first person to work with me and introduce me to good rx. My meds went from 300$ to 80$. You taking the time out of your day to help me even though you didn't have to literally made my month and I cannot thank you enough for doing that for me. You are an amazing person.

By far, the best pharmacy ever. The staff is friendly, courteous and extremely comforting when I was recently sick. Thanks to all of you for the wonderful job you do. Special thanks to the head pharmacist, Usman, for taking great care of the customers.

Excellent and fast customer service

Zack is the #1 pharmacist in PALM BEACH COUNTY!!! Walgreens is nothing but a total banana head store who couldn’t refill even ONE PRESCRIPTION ON TIME or in a remotely TIMELY MANNER EVEN IF THEIR LIVES DEPENDED ON IT!!!!! After advising them (Walgreens) IN PERSON (AFTER BEING RUSHED TO THE ER for a Life-Threatening ANAPHYLACTIC REACTION TO ZANAFLEX that was so severe I had hives on BOTH the tops & bottoms of my HANDS & FEET, Good old Walgreens managed to HIT ME BABY ONE MORE TIME!!!! REFILL & give it to me ONE MORE TIME!!!! Seriously? Has the world gone totally BONKERS! Zack is always professional & things are altogether perfect EVERY TIME!

All day store, like other stores, so it would be just good for quick emergencies because it is 24HR.

Great place. Wonderful staff. Quick to help in anything you need. Pharmacist is great and knows his customers. Most definitely would recommend.
