Publix Super Market at Crosstown Plaza

3-1-2024. This Publix is a Excellent place to shop. It well-stocked, clean, dinning area . All the employees an all the managers know they store well. They are friendly. They have a big pharmacy there. It the place for everyone to get everything you need. And Parking is great there.

I come to this Publix very often! One time, I wanted to order a chicken wrap, but had to wear a mask for health concerns. The lady working at the deli could not hear me very well due to my mask, but was very polite and understanding throughout the order. I recommend this Publix location for its great workers and quality service!

This store is behind my home. Love! going to to this establishment. You are always greeted cordially and respectfully. Excellent customer service. You can alway find what you need at this store. They always have 2 for 1 deals on some products and different products at times.

The store is always clean, well stocked and the people that work there are friendly and very helpful, also the store has a wonderful perk on your birthday 🎂 free 1/2 gal of ice cream🍦put a huge smile on my face

I love all Publix but the topping on the cake was Lisa at the deli department. She was a joy to talk to on an early morning. She was happy and cheerful. She was having fun working and came in on her off day. Clone her. We need Lisas everywhere! Lol. Well done Publix as usual in excelling in your customer service aspect. My sandwich was extra delicious because she made it with love. She also remembered to cut it in 3 as I had mentioned at the beginning of the conversation. Great service!

Always Pleasant coming here to shop. Over 20 years and there are still some familiar faces that are still here. So that says Alot about Publix.,.🌞💪🙏🏼

I have loved Publix supermarket since I first-time shopped there. The staff is very friendly and the food items are so good. I would rather pay more for quality, and that is why I shop at Publix. I am a true customer!!

I was looking for banana pudding Icecream and they went above and beyond to help me find it. I called everywhere and the 1st publix was rude. But when I called this location,they were more than happy to help. It definitely was a pleasure shopping here.

It was full of fresh food. People help me as well. All the food is so tasty from over there.

I wish I could find out which employee made my cupcakes & cake for my birthday! Every year I order cakes from this Publix for birthdays & other occasions; but THESE FUNFETTI CUPCAKES are the best I’ve ever had.

Whoever prepared these, did it with love & care. They were incredibly soft & moist. My marble cake w/ pudding in the middle, also incredibly fresh & moist. I’ve definitely packed on some pounds in the last few days.

To the hero in the bakery that prepared my treats: if you see this, thank you. You are appreciated. I want to give you a “tip” next time I’m in Publix. You really cared about my birthday treats being TOP TIER. I attached photos of the masterpieces.

This store is always clean and stocked! Download the app and add coupons and the handy shopping list. Also the app tells you what isle items are in. Helps save a lot of time and a few dollars. The staff here is always very pleasant and professional. Always find what I need here. . Search on the app for specific products, it'll tell you if they have it and which isle to find it in. Once traveling to Jupiter, I lost my way....there was a Publix there and I pulled in and asked Service Counter for directions... *immediately* they printed me the correct address & gps guide!
btw, in the mid 1970, my Mother was a grocery packer at the cashier's!

The BOGO (buy one get one free) help make the grocery prices somewhat competitive. The friendly and attentive staff stand above any competitor.
