Ross Dress for Less

Angelique and the other employees there were kind. The music upbeat and keeps you at that good vibe.,meaning it was not elevator music ,or traumatization of the repeated Christmas music ,where you hear frosty the snowman 4 times ,sang by different artists, and it had only been an hour. The store is clean. The clothes are great and I'm grateful to get to not only shop but work here as well.

This is a brand new store that took the place of Big Lots. It has only been open for a couple of weeks, but it really has attracted a lot of people. There is also a lot of variety in merchandise.
Four stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Excellent selection of clothing. Would have liked to see more hair and body products

Racks should be better organized.

The inventory was super low on this visit. The staff was not very helpful with the fitting room.. the store was a mess.

On 03/01/2024, my wife made, per her receipt, transaction 0199 at store 2616 with associate 2389202 at register 03 at 03:43 PM CST. It took around 45 minutes from when she got in line until her purchase was completed. There were only two customers in front of her when she got in line. This employee wasted a lot of time conversating with the two customers in front of her. He was also very slow at scanning and bagging. It took him an average of 15 minutes to complete each of their purchases which is ridiculously slow. There were eventually about 15 customers in line behind my wife waiting for their turn. Some of them lost their patience, left their items behind and left the store because the employee at the cash register was unapologetically wasting everybody's time chatting with the customers in front of my wife. My wife even asked the employee if there was another employee available to work another cash register but he said there was not. Everyone had to wait until he finished taking his sweet time conversating, something he should be doing on his own time and not on company and customers' time. This employee should be fired for being so disrespectful to the company's customers, wasting their time and making the company lose sales. My wife has never complained about Ross Dress for Less, but if you keep people like this clown employed there we'll start shopping elsewhere.

Not a good store first let me say not at all professional and once I called and ask the African-American lady on the phone when do you get merchandise in and she said every day .She didn’t even say thank you for calling Rosses she just said hello, as if she was answering a phone at the house. 🤦🏼‍♀And on top of that wasn’t quite for sure if I dialed the right number had too ask the African-American lady if this is Rosses?after dialing the number what she was very sarcastic by the way, and the Hispanic lady that was ringing me up-was not customer service friendly at all .the young girl ringing me up ask as if I was really bothering her they need more help and practice more on their communication skills 🤪and training new employees on how some of the merchandise works. Also when trying on the clothes, I only had one item African-American lady that was training the new employee, had her tap on the one hanger 🤣 maybe she thought I was trying to steal one item out of the store 🤪the fitting room put the item on the rack, which was one item by the way had her tap the hanger maybe she thought that I was trying to steal a pair of pants I don’t see the store really lasting very long and also lots of Hispanics in there to.🤬Do yourself a favor and don’t shop in there go further out west 💯just too be on the safe side 😡

Very disappointing experience, took my daughter to buy clothes when we went to try them on a girl says "it's closed" we asked for how long and her reply was "all night we close at 8" it was 6:45.. so we left because who's going to buy clothes without trying them on. Guess they don't really feel like selling the merchandise.
