Dee jay was very professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly punctual. I was informed on what I needed to bring for my return visit. Upon returning, I was able to transfer my phone number from another carrier and all of my information to my new phone in under 10 minutes from walking in the door.

We were having difficulty activating new phone when switching cell service to ATT. We’d spent hours on the phone w/ATT trying to figure out the error with no luck. ‘Walked into Tyler center ATT and DJ who worked magic in minutes. He was patient, friendly, extremely skilled in ATT troubleshooting. We’ll be going back to him and highly recommend his expertise.

The guy, I believe his name was Tony, was very kind and helpful. He spoke as soon as we walked in and there was a little wait but he was reassuring that he'd be right with us. He was very knowledgeable about products and was able to help us with all our issues. We will definitely go here for all our ATT needs!

Went in to buy a new phone. Easy process, great/ friendly staff. Jordan made the transition to the new phone very smooth.

I was assisted by an extremely knowledgeable new manager who is now overseeing several local AT&T locations. He corrected false information I was given at my last visit that saved me a lot of money and distress, that would have resulted in me being overseas without a working phone. I now feel very confident about future visits to AT&T.

Highly recommend this store! Great location, great people. They do a great job in making you feel comfortable. Everyone was kind and patient with my needs and requests. Tyler Sea had helped me through everything and did a fantastic job! It was a quick and easy process, I was in and out in a jiffy. All in all, great store!

Amazing service. Very caring, considerate, patient, and friendly. Our representative was Josh, and he went above and beyond the call by entertaining our two rambunctious children while my wife and I searched for new phones.

Jillian did an excellent job with serving me. She made my 1st experience with AT&T an excellent one. She was very kind and willing to go the extra mile. I walked away with my purchases very pleased.

There was a difficult customer in the store last time I was there (cussing out the reps) and the staff handled it with such dignity!
