Quick, easy, and friendly. I've had other pharmacies that were either okay, or sometimes downright awful, even times where I felt unwelcome and judged for getting my medications -- sometimes to the point where I was afraid to go to the pharmacy. Kathy in the drive-thru, along with everyone else, made this my best experience at a pharmacy ever. 10/10 would recommend

My husband and I have used this pharmacy for many years and the staff is always professional and working hard. Wait times are normally short as you see the pharmacy team working hard to serve each and everyone. Thank you for being there.

The staff has always been friendly and helpful. At times the line can be long, but it is usually during the cold and flu season.

Customer service is almost always well done, except during self-checkout times. Other than that, I mostly recommend it!

Things are better now. We had a very rough patch there for a while. But lines are better now and service is better. The drive thru is open again. Pharmacist very helpful. They still do not answer phones. This needs to be improved.

The whole pharmacy staff changed 3 or more months ago. It has been awful ever since. At first they sd even though it looked like they had plenty of employees, half of them were being trained. Ok...willing to give them some time to get up to par. But after 3-4 months, it's still not good. Will probably transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy, probably to CVS.

My father is dying from cancer and they're making us jump through hoops to get his pain meds. We let the Dr send the script to Kroger because we thought it would be faster than my parents' mail order service. That was a mistake. They've not once answered the phone when I've tried calling them. The only reason they're getting any stars is because the two ladies who were at the window were at least kind and empathetic. I don't know if other Kroger pharmacies are like this, but at least avoid the one at Tyler Center if you can.

Terrible experience for 3 months. Hour to 90 minute lines (12-25 people), no drive thru anymore, refuse to answer the phone, keep changing hours, prescriptions not ready 5+ days after requesting refills. Doctor called in an antibiotic - tech said it would take a few days. Time to shut this place down before someone dies not getting their medications on time.

You would think with a 1.8 review, they’d take it serious and work on their costumer service. However, I just called to get an answer to an easy question. I’m sure I didn’t word it correctly and use the jargon that pharmacy techs understand but Melanie made sure that I knew that I was making no sense and was completely rude the entire call. She told me four times that I was interrupting her lunch break (not sure why she answered, if she was going to be that inconvenienced). I told her sorry and that I can call back later and she told me that I wouldn’t be able to and that nobody would answer. Not sure what that even meant. I’ve never had luck with this pharmacy and blame myself for letting it get this out of hand.

I've been waiting a month and a half for Kroger to transfer a prescription to CVS. It's like it's being held hostage. CVS has tried several times to contact Kroger Pharmacy, but said that they could never get someone to answer. I've wound up having to call all of my doctors and specialists to get them to re-prescribe all of my medications and send them to CVS. The doctors and CVS reps all agreed that Kroger Pharmacy is impossible to work with because of the customer service. To cap things off, the lady that works the register is, as others have mentioned, unhelpful to the point of being rude. When I asked in person about transferring prescriptions, she said "I can't do that" and wouldn't elaborate, tell me the correct transfer process, or answer any further questions, just kept saying "I can't do that". Yikes. In the past when I've asked her questions about prescription cost, making sure my insurance was entered correctly, etc., she was just as rude. My husband has had similar interactions with her. I'd call to speak to a manager, but since my calls have never gone through, I'm not even going to try.
