Kroger in Jtown deserves 5 stars! Their store is well-organized, clean, and stocked with a wide variety of fresh produce and groceries. The staff is friendly and helpful, making shopping a breeze. Love their prices and excellent customer service! Highly recommend!

The woman running the register at the liquor store was one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She made me feel so welcomed and I left with a genuine smile on my face. Just for her, I will return here over other locations. :)

There’s an employee I always see working in every station anytime I’m there. She’s so polite and nice whenever I get lost in that building lol her name’s Emma and I think she needs a raise😁

It's not to big,, just right for us older people

This morning I was in the produce department looking at heads of iceberg lettuce. I was having a hard time looking for some that hadn’t started turning. While I was looking an associate Keith politely asked me “how I was doing today”. I answered “good thank you” and then he proceeded to have me look in the new box they just got for fresh iceberg. I really appreciated that and found what I was looking for. Great customer service Keith! Thank you!

After the updated the kroger in my area, things are much easier to find and the flow of the store is much better. The customer service is always friendly and makes for a really easy shopping experience. Also if you have any complaints they listen!

This is the best Kroger! They have superb customer service. Other area Kroger's need to take a lesson from this location. I had 4 employees offer to help me and asked if I needed anything in the 5 minutes I was in the store.
A far cry from the horrible experience I had at Fern Creek less than 2 miles away. Staff was rude and would rather speak among themselves rather than help or offer assistance to customers.
Corporate needs to recognize how terrific this staff truly is!

Been here the past three days and the employees here are nice. Not sparkly l and wanna float on clouds nice, but the nice where they try to smile and are truthfully polite if you know what I mean. Kinda like even if they are having a bit too great day they still help. Perfect example of actions speak louder than words.

Kroger is on fire right now! (Figuratively) They have an excellent selection of products and their own Kroger Brand is very good. My wife absolutely loves using the click-list. Their pharmacy people are fantastic.

I only wish they had a slightly bigger selection on pork grinds!! Lol. Although, it's already much better than Wally world.

Good service in pharmacy department. Better than most Kroger locations. Grocery shopping areas are a after holidays maze. Half empty shelves and missing prices on half of merchandise......The employees are working on it. They will get things back to normal in a few days. They had to get a holiday break after a long busy year. Still is my favorite Kroger.

I come through miss Pam's line every week we share pics of our dogs im always checked out fast and love seeing pics of her little Cody the staff here is awesome and the store looks fabulous!

This Kroger is the best I was in there today at around 2 PM and was going to buy a cake and buy a captain America toy to put on top as my son decided at the last minute he wanted a captain America cake for his bday. Erin in the bakery went out of her way and offered to make the cake and have it ready for me by 6pm. I have never had a bad experience with my Kroger and Erin has always been so helpful each time I have been there!!! Thank you Erin and Kroger for saving the day !!!

I enjoy shopping there, however. To many parking spots are reserved for for the pick up shoppers. Handicap parking is limited. No little clinic. Just those 2 things are on the negative side. The store in clean and the staff is friendly. All check out lines were open so no waiting.

I rarely can find sale items in the paper Dept. The people that work here are fantastic and friendly,and seem to be trying their best to help customers. The store needs to be bigger and these wonderful employees deserve some more help! It's the only grocery close to a lot of people!

This is a fairly new location for Kroger at the intersection of the Gene Snyder Freeway and Taylorsville Rd. This is a fast growing area. The store is clean, well-maintained and gives an excellent shopping experience. There is a drive through pharmacy attached to the store and a Kroger gas station at the opposite end of the shopping center.

Well stocked shelves at this location. Found many items at clearance prices. Very clean store.

This Kroger is going through the remodel. Like all the others nothing is where it used to be. But, unlike the others a super cool African American woman (I didn't catch her name sorry) was on the floor keeping the chaos under control and helping people find things in their new temporary location. She informed mevthatbremodel would take approximate 2 months and that during thatn2 months you couldbfind a list every day telling where everything was brcausebit would be changing daily.

I love this Kroger! I'm perfectly equidistant between this and the one on Hurstbourne, and try to make it to this location when I can. While there's nothing wrong with the Hurstbourne store (and it's usually more conveniently located), this one just seems more relaxed. It feels bigger, brighter, less congested. Dare I say it's the closest we can get to Publix in Louisville? :)

I shop here quite often several times a week and I always enjoy getting everything I need and the staff is exceptional especially Maggie the cashier
