I had a great experience at this Starbucks location. The drive through was quick and the employees were friendly. No complaints here.

This Starbucks is by far the most reliable Starbucks location in the city. Quality Assurance ✅ There is a great team working here!

The different folks running the drive thru always make me smile. I appreciate their spunk and attitude.

I love coming to this Starbucks. The workers are SO friendly and I feel like they are usually very quick with orders. I always appreciate exceptional customer service because it’s a rare find these days!

Enjoy a great tasting coffee and Starbucks has it covered. We need a Starbucks in Wetumpka Alabama, please open one, I think it would do great, with the volume of traffic coming through there going to Montgomery Alabama to work in the mornings. We have a Dunkin Donuts which there coffee is nasty, and their donuts are made somewhere else and brought to that store. Wetumpka is a growing town and definitely benefit from a Starbucks. Closest one is Montgomery. Thank you.

My husband and I would stop at this Starbucks every once in a while - its closer to my in-laws house than ours. The othday day we were in the drive thru and the card machine wasn't working; we didn't have any cash; the lady at the window told us not to worry about it and handed us our 2 drinks for free. She was so nice!! Thank you again for the kind service and we will def. make sure to have cash with us for the next time around; just in case.

Favorite location in Louisville. Extremely high volume mobile orders, there's never been any errors. Team still goes out of it's way to greet and say have a great day after I've shouted thank you after picking up my drink. Be careful when ordering. I've made mistake of ordering to Taylorsville and Hikes location-they made it right even though it was my mistake this is the 13000 Taylorsville address right near I-265 at Gene Snyder. Great crew!

Went through the drive-thru Memorial Day and Christina was very helpful explaining some of the different drink options, and was very friendly. The drinks were all good!

If the line is ever long here, don't worry. It can go fairly quickly. My order is always correct. On this particular visit, I ordered a ham and cheese croissant. My son said it was super yummy. I tried a bite and he wasn't wrong. Super delicious. The staff is always friendly. Whenever we have the dogs with us, they ALWAYS ask if we'd like a pup cup. Our pups love the little treat.

Let’s start by saying I should be the poster child for Starbucks .
I’ve been to everyone in the city and when I say this one is the absolute best!
They take your order seriously .
And they execute!
They will definitely have you sabotaging your diet!

Just thought that while I’m still in great spirits from consuming this drink I’d go the distance to write how I felt about this particular Starbucks!

I love everyone at this location, truly. This Starbucks has the best service and customer care ever. Whomever made the rumor about a barista refusing to serve an officer has since came out and apologized. When I worked here, We would always go above and beyond for ALL law enforcement, fire fighters, and EMS workers. So false-information is extremely harmful for not only the baristas but also the store.
I love this store and the employees there. They always make my day.

I work and do homework from this location frequently. Occasionally the younger staff can be loud when conversing amongst themselves, but Starbucks isn't meant to be a library environment and it's never stopped me from doing what I need to do.
Their customer service has always been good!

The only Starbucks I go to regularly. The staff is incredibly friendly, and my drinks are spot on every time. Due to their good work, the place can get busy (mostly the drive through), but Ialways feel that it's worth it.

This is my favorite Starbucks location. I’m a frequent Starbucks customer at multiple locations, but this one stands out to me. The employees are very friendly whether you’re ordering inside or using the drive through. I’ve recently started using the order ahead using the mobile app. It is MUCH faster than getting in the drive through line on a busy day. My order is always ready and I still get to walk in and engage in quick conversation with the baristas. I’m looking forward to when Covid restrictions will be lifted and I can sit INSIDE with a friend to enjoy my delicious coffee!!

Wonderful staff, so friendly & treat you like a real person/friend...not just a customer. Great location right off the freeway and fast service. Most mornings there will be 8+ cars in front of me but I through the line within a couple of minutes. Best Starbucks in this general area.

Just went through the drive thru thinking it would take a while at 8:30 AM and I was in and out in literally 60 seconds. Staff was friendly and courteous even providing the few cents difference from my Starbucks card and the total. It’s the little things that bring customer back. Try the Nitro Cold Brew and get it with extra sweet cream for a great morning treat. Drink was perfect!

This is one the best Starbucks in Louisville, from staff to quality of drink. Good service from a group of people who always seem to enjoy what they do, the kinda joy that come when a team of people click together. This is the sign of a great store manager and we'll trained leadership team. Everytime I leave this store I leave here with a smile.

This is quite literally my favorite place on Earth. I come here whenever I'm sad, which is a lot cuz I'm ✨severely mentally ill.✨ I'm here almost every day. They make the best drinks ever and I have never been disappointed. Everyone's here is so nice they literally make me soo happy, which is hard to do because of the ✨intense depression ✨ I mentioned earlier. Anyway, this place is amazing and if you have ever said anything bad about this place ur stupid and old and probably balding and ur moms a hoe♥
