Cavender's Western Outfitter

Almost to many boots to choose from but I saw a pair and didn't take them off the entire time I was in the store. I don't think I've ever spent 5 hours in a store before but it happened here! It was my friends first time buying a pair of boots and I had to dress her for the upcoming concerts this year and they are all country. Staff was really nice and wasn't upset with our Shenanigans, or at least didn't show it to much. Wish they had more sizes for me but found a couple of things. So cute! Watch out Morgan Wallen... Here we come!

Brought my grandpa's old Stetson in that was in rough condition. The staff was really friendly and helped reshape the hat to look practically new. Thank you!

Work boot selection is awesome. They carry the hard to find sizes, and widths. D and EE several in-stock. Sales people are very knowledgeable.. Liz (Lizby) is bilingual,making her a great asset to the Omaha store.

Really great place to shop. The sales associate in the men's was very helpful. Very large selection of boots. Nice selection of hats. Very nice children's section. We were able to get a few pearl snap onesies for our new born. My father from out of town (who is very particular) was able to find a nice pair of boots that met all his requirements. The store was very nice and clean. Terrific selection of western apparel for everyone in the family. I had been to a Cavender's on Denver and had a great experience too, and now I'm glad we have one in Omaha!

I visited Cavender’s today and purchased an Ariat jacket with the Mexican flag on it. Rene was so kind and helpful with my purchase, and made sure to make great conversation when I was checking out. :) Some of the best customer service I’ve had ♥

Great place to shop. All the staff is very helpful! Cody the manager went above and beyond by coming outside with me to show clothe to my handicapped mother in the car so she could decide if she wanted them or not. When we did go in, he suggested I pull the jeep right up front to the door for her to get in and out. Great customer service. Thanks Cody!

Love this western wear store. Unreal assortment of boots, fine women's clothing, and I always like to look through their discounted women's garments. Great looking store from outside and inside. Definitely recommend

I really like this store I go here for most of my cowboy needs! They have super friendly staff, I accidentally dropped a pretty expensive perfume on the floor and they were pretty chill about it staff didn’t seem mad at all! I also like their friendliness to foreigners!

I had a wonderful experience here. It was my first time in, and I was greeted by a very nice and friendly gentlemen. But I have to say that Skylar was beyond helpful! Thank you Skylar for a very grand and wonderful experience! I will be coming back again and again.

I'm always pleased with the selections available .My first visit I had Lauren assisting me.i was extremely impressed with her knowledge of the products and her demeanor, pleasant courteous and attentive. I'm again extremely impressed with Tessa that assisted me this trip. Lauren isn't at 72nd St Omaha store.Tessa is the 2nd rep I've encountered however that doesn't put her in 2nd place. Both of these people are top drawer quality and are tied equally in 1st place. I'm sure Cavenders is full of knowledgeable helpful courteous employees. It is rare in this world of excuses and explaining why you are not getting good service. It's refreshing to shop in such comfort with confidence in the products and quality with fair prices good sales dicounts and even military veterans discounts. We didn't even win that war.i do recommend Cavenders to anybody. Check them out its interesting to see and I'm certain you too will find the welcome to Cavenders uplifting.

Service is excellent! You won't carry items around the store verylong before someone ask to take it upfront for you. Makes shopping and continuing to look a breeze. 100% better than Boot Barn across the street.

I brought jeans cowboy shirt and belt everything I brought was really nice. And the employees help me to look for the stuff I was looking for. Which was very helpful. I will go again.
