AT&T Store

Saved by Dupree! Walked in looking for a new screen protector for my phone. Was met by Dupree. He was extremely patient with me and non-judgmental of the condition of my current phone. He installed the new screen protector, and made sure to comment on upgrades i was due for. Great service! Will come back!

DeAnthony was working with another customer when I walked in. He greeted me and continued to check in when he could. Once he was able to get to me he was able to answer all my questions and handled what I needed in a professional way and was very speedy. What a great way to end my day of holiday shopping. Where can I begin!! Walked into AT&T not thinking too much about switching from T-Mobile to AT&T. Daprie "Store Manager" greeted me and assisted me within minutes of opening the door. Dissimilar to other stores, there was no wait. Even with other customers, being assisted. He was very thorough with his information. He answered every question I've asked. Even suggested products that could assist with my personal needs. I was very satisfied with the service I received today. This was very unexpected. My family will be back to switch our plans at a later date. AT&T is very lucky to have Daprie as a "Store Manager". Not just an ordinary rep but also an asset to the company!!

I was having major trouble with a phone activation and both gentlemen working there were great! They were doing everything they could to help. They were so kind they even let my daughter pick out a tv channel she wanted to watch while they were helping me. I will go back there in a heart beat!

This is my second trip to this location. Both times John and his manager were very helpful and kind. They answered all my questions and helped me locate a new phone with better plan options. They have spent a great amount of time trying to clean up the mess created from the store located at Metro Crossing in Council Bluffs . Due to John and his manager’s helpfulness, I will continue to come to this store for assistance . ( The store at Metro Crossing is a disgrace and should be shut down. )

De' Anthony and Daprie were both absolutely amazing when my mom, brother and I came in to switch from Verizon. They made my experience opening up an account for the first time very wonderful and super smooth. Thank you :))

I’m not a negative person, but nowadays, I expect subpar customer service. Fortunately, for me, that’s not what I got. The manager, Depree at this store was not only highly knowledgeable,. He was efficient and effective. I’ve never been in and out of a mobile store. It just so happened that there was no wait time but I still got in and out of the store faster than I would at a McDonald’s drive-through. My equipment is working and there weren’t a bunch of hiccups after leaving the store. He was being very polite and professional, despite Receiving a less than favorable response from someone over the phone. One thing I also have to mention is that I am a very private person for the most part. Cell phone stores are usually very close quarters with other people standing within an earshot of hearing your business out loud. Depree spoke in a very audible tone so that I could hear what he was saying, but not everyone else in the store. He only put the other call with customer service on speaker when he knew they would not divulge personal information. He took it off speaker whenever the calls went that direction. Those are the little things that elevate customer service. If the other mobile carriers hired managers like him it would be hard to choose who to go to. Unfortunately for the other carriers Depree’s customer service is head and shoulders above what I have experienced elsewhere. Thank you for great service.

De'Anthony was very professional and treated us well. It was a busier day but he stayed with us and didn't stress. Learned about some great deals. Daprie was also very friendly and we were definitely happy when we left.

The gentleman who helped us (John from Broadway Council Bluffs store) couldn't have been any better. He was so helpful, pleasant with great customer service skills. He made the purchase a great experience

De’Anthony was helpful and patient with what I didn’t know about the technology. He also made me aware of new products but didn’t pressure me into purchases I didn’t want. I’ll not hesitate to contact him if I have questions in the future.
