The pharmacy staff really pulled out all stops to help me tonight. I am traveling in Iowa to visit one of my kids at college. My insurance doesn’t work here so I had to pay for a doctor’s visit and my meds out of pocket.

They really took the time to help me out, both on the phone and in person. They were patient about it, too, so I didn’t feel like a total loser trying to get the cost down.

Thank you so much. I was having a pretty rotten day and your excellent customer service went a long way toward making me feel better.

Came in on a Wed night. 24 hours is great. Friendly clerk and most importantly they carried the 1632 battery!!! Really a life saver as I went to two gas stations and the Hyvee and none of them carried it. Can always depend on Walgreens.

Always friendly, willing to help, takes time to help each individual with their needs. Yes, drive through can busy and a bit slow, but prepare to have a wait, they are seriously busy and doing their best to serve each person.

Fast friendly service and good price

Twice now the employees here have not only showed a kindness that you don't usually see in big chain stores (especially in a bigger town like Council Bluffs!), but they have also gone above and beyond in real customer service!! I really wish I had noticed their names because not even in my much smaller town, family owned pharmacy has ever been as helpful!! It's an unfortunate state of fact that today's pharmacies probably see the worse of our society (people mentally/physically sick, unable to afford needed medications, addicts, etc) and I've noticed most pharmacy employees have had a shift in how decent or humane they are with customers (understandably). So, I never imagined that after I made a mistake overspending on the make up aisle (because of the nicest most helpful lady working! 🙃) before picking up my meds that I would get anything other than scorn & frustration from staff that was already extremely busy. THEY WERE SO NICE & HELPFUL!! I think they ended up needing someone from 3 different departments working together, but they fixed MY mistake so I could get my much needed script!!!!!! It is SOOOOO! worth the hour drive just for their kindness!!! I sure hope Walgreens headquarters knows & appreciates them!!!!!!

I can't say enough good things about this Walgreens location, the staff is always friendly and eager to help.

Everything you come to expect from Walgreens. Great photos and easy to print in-store or order online. Good price on brand name cigarettes as well.

It can be somewhat of a wait, although that is not the pharmacists fault. They are all VERY nice and actually spend time answering any questions you have. They do not make you feel rushed even if it is SUPER busy.. which is very appreciated. Obviously if you are that busy all the time it is because you guys are great with your customers or they would end up getting their medications somewhere else. Thank you all for being VERY nice and patient even in stressful and busy days! I used to work at Best Buy Geek Squad and we were ALWAYS so busy, and I treated everyone great and was the same as you guys so its very much appreciated and I understand what its like to have a line of customers that get bored standing in line.. Just take your time with everyone because thats when they will realize how much you do care about each and everyone of your customers and wont mind the wait at all. Have a great day! :)

I went into this Walgreens for the first time today. I was trying to mail my daughters Christmas gifts and the post office ran outta large boxes. I wasn’t really expecting anything I didn’t think they would have a gift box large enough but had to try. The manager went in back and found a shipping box large enough that they just gave me. It was really awesome and saved my daughters holiday. Thank you🖤

Walgreens has the best pharmacy. The staff goes up and above. They fill my prescriptions in a timely manner. My wife peruses the toy aisle each time. They carry Roblox, Minecraft, and Fortnite items if you need a quick gift. You can get a little of everything at Walgreens. The late night cashier's are very professional and helpful. We participate in the balance rewards points program. It's a great program and my wife follows the coupons faithfully. We visit this store about five times a week. We will be returning. Repeat customers. Clean and well organized store. The over night 2 lady crew is amazing. They are attentive and last night they helped me pick out 27 toys to fill a pinata. I had one on one service for 20 minutes. The cashier was also great. Witty and efficient. Thank you!!!!!!

I so admire this place for staying open 24 hours a day the only place in town that was willing to stay open 24 hours a day especially to help some of the nurses out who got off work late at night when all the other grocery stores town and restaurants are all closed down at least they could depend I'm Walgreens they should get some type of an award for doing so, all the other places in town that used to be open 24 hours a day decided to close their doors early which contributed to the spread of the Corona virus just doesn't make any sense to me whatsoever why they did so but shame on them.

These employees who work here are always amazing and keep their calm. People need to realize they close at 9pm not 10pm. Give these guys a well deserved break.

Always in and out of the pharmacy in reasonable time, when it's busy it's obviously a little more of a wait. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable.

The lady in cosmetics is always so helpful. Today she showed me the exact products I needed!

I get my medicines there and have for 40 years.

The only bad thing is their Pharmacy is always too crowded. And a big long line
