Even when they didn't have what we needed, they called around to other stores, to help us find what we needed. Great customer service

I had my Resitol Cow boy hat Molded. They did an awesome job and didn't charge me for it. Prices are reasonable on some items,but high on others. Quality merchandise though through out the store. Friendly staff. Great experience with them.

I needed to exchange a shirt that I got for a Christmas gift. The service desk person went to the sales floor and found the size that I needed and handled the exchange very professionally. I took a few minutes to shop when we were finished and was impressed with the large selection of western wear, boots and hats. A fun place to shop.

I have shopped at this location two times one for a personal pair of boots the other for a pair of boots for work. This is after going to many other stores and not finding boots that were comfortable. They had a great selection of boots and I was able to find comfortable boots to wear each time that I went to this location. The sales people were very helpful and I will be returning for my next pair of boots.

We love coming to this Boot Barn. The ladies and gentlemen who work here are so kind and knowledgeable about their products. They are always welcoming as soon as you walk in and ready to help. They are not overbearing nor are they trying to sell you boots you don’t need. I love how they ask questions in order to be able to help you find what you need.
Being able to use our military discount here is an added bonus!

This place is 100% legit!!! Tons of boot and clothing options!!! It is handicap friendly super clean including the bathroom's. Very friendly helpful and knowledgeable personnel. They also support all military branches while showing appreciation by giving military discounts. I needed a new pair of work boots, so I gave the Boot Barn a shot... They had a great selection, and I found just what I needed.

Kayla was the employee who helped us out, and she did a terrific job, she answered all our questions and was very helpful without being pushy. I'll be back next time I need boots!

Great selection of work clothing and western wear from head to feet. Always buy my Hawx work pants here and my Ariat boots as well. Staff is friendly and eager to help. Pretty sure we had an actual old rancher/cowboy check us out. Nice fella.

Great place to go, manager and help are very friendly, most important to us was they give a discount to First Responders, military and nurses thank you for doing that.

This store sells Western clothing for men and women. If you're a genuine or wannabe cowgirl or cowboy, you'll love this store. If your tastes are more urban, forget it.

They carry a wide spectrum of products including hats, boots, belts, gloves, shirts, jeans, and accessories. There's a wide span of prices, from under-$20 cheaply made shirts to multi-hundred-dollar handcrafted boots and shirts. If you shop here, get on their email list for coupons--on my last visit, I saved 25%.

Now for the special part. An elderly relative with unusually-shaped feet and very particular tastes wanted cowboy boots for his birthday. Two staff members, Shelbi and Andy, helped us find the perfect pair of boots. They both provided knowledgeable, helpful suggestions for hour after hour. Words can't describe how grateful we are for their cheerful, patient help.

Great place. I believe the gentleman there that helped us was Don and he had only been there for 9 days and was extremely helpful and understanding and helped us in every way possible especially having 3 kiddos there and made us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend

I was surprised to find as good of a selection as I did. This boot barn had a great selection of clothing brands namely Cinch, Ariat, and much more. The prices were hard to beat too. There were some shirts there that I already have but their prices made me regret not shopping here before. They also had the soles that fit my Ariats which I have been looking for for a while now.

Bought my first pair of boots love them a little bit expensive but happy.

Got a good pair of boots. 3rd real one. Technically 4th. And I love them. I got boot bucks as well. I wore fuzzy socks cuz just like target I did not expect to come here lol. They have disposable socks which were a life savor. I'd recommend adding a bench in a more secluded area.

Curtis was very helpful. Helped me right away and got me what i needed then left me alone to try on different sizes instead of hovering, just enough help without being pushy, just the way most men like to shop
