With as crazy as life is now days it’s nice when you walk into a store that can make your life easier. Thank you for making my life easier. The lady working the counter was very kind and understanding. Most places say turn around time for alterations is 3 weeks. This place said just a few days. I’m always waiting til the very last minute to get things done, so this has been very helpful for me. I’ll be bringing all my alterations here from now on.

This week is my first week at Washington Regional. Walked into Premier Uniforms And Mrs. Cathy was more than helpful and knowledgeable about helping me find the right colors for my department and more than willing to order whatever I felt I needed. Very happy with the service here. Best experience I’ve had buying scrubs.

Unexpected for beautiful alterations. Twice they have proved how good they are with difficult fabric and hemmed formal wear for me. They are always on time and price is good. Highly recommend for alterations.

Kathy is and always has been so helpful and willing to go the extra mile for you when trying to find what you want. She takes the time to look online with her distribution centers to see if an item is possibly located elsewhere. There are not many places that take the time to do the extra leg work. Her pleasant attitude and kindness has me coming back for years now.

Premier Uniform goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of. I work for The Eye Center and when we were unable to find the surgical hats we needed they ordered fabric and made them from another hat we had on hand. They also were able to monogram our logos on them. I would highly recommend and will definitely use again!!

Excellent alterations on wedding dresses, tuxedos, prom dresses

They aren't the cheapest in NWA, but always willing to order what you need and very helpful.

Do not take for formal alterations. The one that does them does not come in to do the measurements. She has another lady measure and send photos. We had alterations to a prom dress just recently. Drove 1.5 hours and when dress was so called ready we drove back. Put the dress on and they altered the sides which they weren't supposed to. They were only to put a zipper in place of the lace up back and add straps. Dress then left a 10 inch opening and only zipped up 5 inches. Straps were also way to thick for what we ask. Made the actual lady come in and then she almost measured wrong herself. Told her we need the dress next day no later. We drove back again and the dress then was made to tight on the waist and the straps were now uneven. They will not provide refunds and make you pay in advance now I know why. We made the lady fix it that same day we weren't going to keep driving 3 hour round trips to keep having it messed up. She also ripped the lace. Don't go here for alterations.
