Northwest Medical Center - Springdale

Very clean and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Reed is the best of the best, as is his nurse Carrie! I feel so lucky to have found them! I am so impressed by how much time was spent with me, and not feeling rushed! I would (and will) highly recommend Northwest Medical Center in Springdale! Thank you so much for being so awesome!!

The nurses in the outpatient unit were fantastic and very caring in dealing with my elderly mother. Every single nurse was great. The anesthesiologist and MRI staff were great too!! It was a superior experience that I was not expecting. As a bonus, the cafeteria had some delicious food too. I may just go there to eat sometime! 😊

This was my first time I had been an inpatient/outpatient at NW-Springdale. From the pre op to discharge, I cannot say enough great things about everyone! The surgeon team, OR nurses, Anesthesiologists, surgical staff, nursing staff, nurse assistants, med techs, lab, nutritional staff and housekeeping. What an atmosphere of customer service and taking care of the patient is #1. Thank you so much NW Staff you made my experience wonderful.

Both my husband and I had procedures done recently here at the Jones Clinic. I can't say enough about the friendliness and professionalism of the staff and physicians.

Everything went well. I arrived a little early and was prepped. The colonoscopy was completed and when I was awake I was allowed to go home. Nothing abnormal happened and the care I received was very good. I’m not expanding on this review because this is the service and care that I expect from the medical staff at Northwest. I always receive great care in a professional manner. Excellence is the norm every time I’ve had any procedure. Thank you Northwest Medical Center.

Dr.s pickhart and Tancheu came by before the surgery to answer any questions. They were very knowledgeable, kind, and friendly.

All the nurses were understanding, attentive, seasoned, and anticipated my needs. Loving all the help!!

Everyone was over the top nice, welcoming and made me feel like I was the most important person there. When I checked in, I made the lady aware that I have severe case of "flight or fight" syndrome. She acted as if it wasn't an issue. But it does become an issue. My surgery at 7:10 am. After waking up, getting dressed, it was going on 11 am. Was told I have to wait on doctor. My syndrome set in and I was rude, ugly and demanding. I felt the need to get out of there. I report my syndrome for a reason. Please make nurses more aware and try to make patients able to leave sooner instead of waiting over 2 hours just to see a doctor in order to leave

Everyone at Northwest Medical Center was amazing to be around. They treated me with respect while keeping professionalism in mind. The staff kept things moving smoothly from the time I checked in, through my surgery, and out to my vehicle, without any discomfort.

I’ve had surgery before at local surgery centers which has been good. But when given the opportunity this time to pick bw a local surgery center and Northwest Medical Center- Springdale, I chose Northwest Medical Center- Springdale for the first time. If given the choice in the future, I would only choose them again. The care was completely private (I had my own room before and after surgery. Not just an area with a curtain like at most surgery centers). The nurses and medical staff were so caring and experienced. Sandy gave me the best thorough care. Along with the lady who initially took my vitals. As well as my post op nurses. They didn’t leave anything out and completely prepared me and my husband for the home care needed after my procedure. 5+ stars all around!

Dr Elesber is always very reassuring. I trust him completely. The entire staff is very friendly and make the patient feel welcome and like family.

I was very pleased with the entire staff who took care of me. Everyone was very kind, friendly, helpful, and patient. The anesthesiologist was especially helpful and comforting both in my room and the operating room. All my needs were met and questions answered. Thank you to them all.

Everyone I interacted with was great. Provided instructions and information so I understood what was going to happen. I received great care from all clinical team. I also had a great experience with my registration. My insurance coverage was explained with my payment responsibility. Overall awesome visit!

My minor relative was recently taken here by ambulance and received excellent care. They decided to life light him to Children's Hospital in Little Rock. He would not be here if not for the excellent care provided by this hospital. I can't express how much it means to our family that the staff treated him as if he was their child.

My stay at this hospital was very professional and all the doctors, nurses, X-ray and labs. And the cleaning lady were enjoyable. I can't say anything bad at all. I would give them all 10 stars for sure. Everything was explained to me and they made sure I understood it. I would recommend this hospital 110%

Northwest Medical doctors and staff took excellent care of my mother in the ER. They extended excellent care and concern for her in her pain and compassionately explained everything for her to understand. Can’t say enough about her care at this facility.

Every staff member we came in contact with; from someone calling before surgery, and for the day of surgery; those working behind the desks, the nurses, the Anesthesiologist, and Doctor Manning were so personable. I applaud you all.

Me or someone in my family have been in various hospital or outpatient facilities in the last several years. Your Outpatient facility ranks the highest in our opinion.

We really give special thanks to all of the nurses who cared for me. I want to say they went above and beyond, and very well they did. Comparatively that’s the type of care patient’s are supposed to receive.

Just so you know, we have heard excuses, and I’m sorry’s, and I forgot’s for just basic care that one should have been administered and passed encounters with hospital staff.

The staff at the rehabilitation Center are the best. They are working with my mother , and they do take good care of her. Friendly smiles always welcome her. My mom loves to go to therapy because of the people there.

Had a sleep study done. I must say. Sam was awesome she took care of me and made me comfortable. She deserves a huge pay raise for her commitment to the hospital. Thank you for being so kind.

This was my first experience at Northwest Medical Center and it couldn't have been better. I had a small procedure done as an outpatient and everyone from the very beginning to the very end were very proficient and friendly. The nurses went above and beyond in my opinion. I have a surgery coming up and knowing the way I'll be treated makes it much less stressful.

Always treated great there. There was a girl in the operating room, think her name was Kayla, that was amazing! She lives in Bentonville and has a 3 year old girl, and wore dark rimmed glasses. She sat down in front of me and visited to pass the time until the doctor came in. Ahe was so much fun to talk to. She is the exact type of person you want in that position. You’re very lucky to have her!
