Had a great experience. Jerali was such a delight and so I understanding and sweet. She took great care of us. She was great at answering all my questions, had such empathy when we had a few different issues and had to come back, checked in every now and then and was just so awesome. She wasn't too pushy like some car sales people can be and honestly I can't thank her enough.

Just got a 2016 Ford Fusion this weekend thanks to Will Young! The whole Byrider group were kind and professional but Will took care of me and made it a great experience. We had some great conversation during waiting periods and all around did a great job. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family and anyone needing a vehicle!

As a trucker I sometimes get curious and go window shopping at places I'm taking my 10 hour break at. Well I ended up purchasing a vehicle instead. Clay and all the staff were super helpful and very personable. Showed me their inventory. No pressure to buy anything. However its not often you find a business with such kind and helpful people. So I loaded up my empty trailer and called my work and went home with a beautiful suv. Thank you again so much for you're amazing hospitality!

I walked in with the worst situation I have been in, and when I say they treated it all with such compassion, I mean it. Everyone had a smile on their face, everyone was so welcoming, and everything was thorough to be sure I knew exactly what I was signing and giving from the first hello to the keys being in my hand. My situation would have been rejected in any other agency, but here they took the chance on me and didn’t flinch on any of my hardships. They looked at me and gave me the look of understanding and Jerilee went above and beyond to make me feel wanted and accepted as a customer. The difference here is they CARE. Not just with their inventory, but also the way they treat and take care of their customers. As a previous Car-Mart supporter who really thought I was with the best of the best, take it from me. Everything was great! Clay even came to give me a jump so i could go trade that vehicle in for a way better vehicle. He explained everything and was helpful throughout the whole process.
