Harps Food Stores

The Harps Stores still have a little feel of the Mom & Pops stores for me, the girls are always so nice and Inviting.. other than the short hours of operations, I enjoy my visits there, they outta give those few really nice, hard working employees like Carly or was it Casey or Catherine... Damn dementia.. but they are the reason I keep coming back, it is great to smile when your 82 years old...thank you So much. Jon.C IV

The staff here is so awesome! I came in yesterday and the deli workers were really nice, my food seemed fresh and was so good! I also was checked out by a really kind cashier; a younger gentleman with longer hair. He asked me how I was doing when we greeted, and checked me out super quick even with how busy it was. I also had some extra help from a female manager who was extremely sweet as well. The only grocery store I like to shop at now because this staff is so friendly!!

I ran in to grab a quick bite. I always grab something from their produce which I got grapes and cheese and was happy to find a small tray already prepped. They have one of the best displayed produce!

Between Harps and Big Lots, I only have to go to WM Supercenter once a month. I like all the employees at each store. Harps is a little more expensive, but it is not stressful and is right down the street. Big Lots' prices are comparable - and sometimes cheaper - than Walmart.

All of the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. The store was clean. 👍👍

First time in a Harps store, loves the variety of organic and preservative-free options. Will definitely come back.

Love shopping at this location. The store is always clean and organized. My favorite thing about this location is the parking lot. Easy in and out. Never a congested parking lot because of the other surrounding types of businesses.

It's Harps, great service, some great prices and not Walmart

Fairly clean store. Lots of food options. Cashier, DJ, was very kind.

They have lobsters. Some day when I’m settled in my career I plan to get a 100gal tank and take those boys home. They have stuff other than lobsters too though it’s a great local chain

Great store friendly people.

I use specific kind of BBQ sauce that most places don't carry. The grocery manager started ordering it for me and after he moved to a different store he took the time to make sure the GM knew to keep it on the shelves. They have kept it stocked and not run out once in the past year. One time I thought they had run out (which would actually be understandable) and I checked. The manager said "oh yeah I saw it was low the other day, I put it back for you." Excellent service.

Their fruit is the best! Good stock and great employees.

Only place i can find to buy dry ice. workers are always great. no complaints

Great friendly service took a minute to get anyone's attention young checkers didn't know who was manning the service desk after short wait the fella came and friend as well tried to help. Didn't and couldn't load two cards that my local Harps could which surprised Malayalam is popular as well as netspend

New isn't always better. I count Customer Service over anything and they are typically very friendly in this store especially the young men at the bakery. I have been coming to this location since it was a Food 4 Less back in the day! Cakes are awesome and they seem to require less time than the Springdale/Sunset location (where I live) with the same great quality!

It is so easy to go in get what you want, not have to be in a crowd, have checkers open with actual people not have to wait or self checkout, convenient parking. Friendly and helpful staff. A none stress situation.

They are everything nice. Great service, food, in stock what I need. Good value, a one stop grocery because they keep merchandise on the self. I love Harps.

Came in from out of town. Visited Harps shortly before closing time at 10pm. Cashier was super nice and very helpful. Best customer service I had in a long time.

Love this place! Lots of different foods, spices, etc not available at Wmart. Less $ than Whole Foods. Why "they" (evil management) want to destroy all this (deli, too) for a stripped down 10 Plus chain is incomprehensible. This is not a poor neighborhood that needs such a stripped down bargain store. For shame! But visit while you can....
