Anthony, the manager, has exceeded expectations and made the experience top notch. I was able to get fiber and internet. He is a very good communicator and a patient listener. I also got DirectTV and he helped with that too. He also made me aware of some additional discounts and that helped as well.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. They took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I had everything I needed and understood how it worked. Best AT&T location in NWA!

I had a great experience I was getting a new phone and plan and bundling with my internet. I now have one bill vs having two for cell and internet.

Had a wonderful experience. George helped me get the phones for my parents. He was very patient and helpful.

The service was great. I waited maybe 2 minutes for someone to help me. I had to pair my phone to my insulin pump and he was very helpful.

ATT store at College Avenue is great. Zach and ATT team were very professional. They resolved all my issues that Apple Store created when I was in Fort Worth.

In store was great. I was told that my bill would show a $20 decrease and when I checked on Sept. 6th it had went up 7 more dollars WTH! Not happy. I will be switching soon.

Brian at AT&T on college was BEYOND helpful! He was very informative and knowledgeable about all my questions. Brian was quick and efficient in getting me all set up with my brother and I's new phone! Will definitely recommend him to others!

Christina Lewis, at the Fayetteville Arkansas location on College Ave, was amazing. She helped my mother, my son, my husband, and myself get new phones...add my son to our plan...and get our antiquated plan sorted out. She was amazing, so helpful and funny.

Greeted immediately upon entering store and there were other customers being attended. Staff courteous and knowledgeable.

So my dogs OK so my family with them went on a walk we found a certain lake door that went to this park after away and then my dogs freaked out and they dug up the wire for the cable to the Internet and then they chewed it up in half totally in half so then I didn’t have Internet so then I called immediately and I was like tell them what happened and then KATE on the phone call was very helpful and we have an appointment for the next day so that’s prompt and good job we were only without Internet for like half a day And on a weekend at that

Very competent, laid-back and friendly employees. I lost my phone in Colorado and I was extremely stressed about getting a new phone. I had attempted to get an upgrade online, but there was an issue with my account that blocked me from being able to do so.

The store associates had me out of there in less than an hour with a phone AND a smart watch and a cheaper bill. Highly recommend 👌

Had a great experience today with Stephanie! I came in hesitant to buying their internet but due to unforeseen circumstances I had to make the switch from Cox. I’m glad I did. Much better prices for faster speed. Stephanie was amazing rep and really changed my attitude from when I came in! Thank you!
