I often have my real estate materials printed here. This location specifically on College Ave in Fayetteville has an EXCELLENT manager that's very patient, attentative, thorough in explaining processes and pricing and overall just great with people.

My sales helper explained everything I asked about, and he did it with patience. Then he took me to another item I wanted and helped me pick out the best choice for my needs.

Good selection of chairs with sale prices. The associate, Will, was knowledgeable and helpful in making my purchase a success.

I walked in today at 6:59, grimacing at the manager who was waiting to lock the doors. He greeted me, said there were still customers in the store, and asked if he could help me find anything. He brought me to the envelopes and even helped me measure them to make sure my invitations would fit inside. I had a great experience here and will be back!

The Associates at the Fayetteville (AR) store have always been helpful and courteous. When I have had issues, they patiently explain, do the job, and get back with me. I have bought at least my last 2 laptops and printers from them, and recommend friends to this store too.

I have been working with Office Depot to print orders online since it first became required during COVID-19 shutdown and partial shutdown. Recently, staff in the printing department exceeded expectations for printing an online order with alacrity and representatives not only assisted with showing where certain products were located, the printing technician also affixed the adhesive-back poster to some board and made the necessary cuts for me--over 100 miles from home and the event only 10 hours away, not far from the Office Depot Store #343. I loved the customer service!

I needed computer ink refill for my Canon printer. I don't do much photo printing so the salesperson pointed me to the Canon refill pack that did not include the photo black. Saved me ten bucks. I jokingly told him that his employee "bonus" was in jeopardy. I appreciate that kind of friendly service.

I lost my young sister. I was and am at a rough time. I came to Office Depot (3180 N College Ave, Fayetteville, AR) to print some pictures of her, my files needed changes to be ready. Tresa (if I remember correctly) understood my situation quickly (she is so smart and will find customers' situations). She helped me a lot, I couldn't think normally, but she took care of everything and print several times with the best quality. In the end, she paid instead of me. I bought something to be in this survey to show my appreciation. This is my first experience with office Depot and I believe having some people like her are in front of customers is a treasure.
