I like to sit at the Starbucks reading and having a coffee or snack. It's an escape, a pleasant one. The low buzz of conversation and the quiet hum of activity in the background is very soothing. The service is great, and there are books for everyone, young old and everything in between.

I LOVE THIS LOCATION SO MUCH.HEATHER IS PRETTY PROFESSIONAL.SHE ALWAYS LOOKS GOOD AND BESIDES HER CUTENESS SHE IS AWESOME FOR ALWAYS GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND. SHE LOVES MAKING SURE THAT YOU CAN ALWAYS BE SATISFIED NO MATTER THE COST.HEATHER IS SO AWESOME WITH HER WORDS AND WILL ALWAYS FILL YOU WITH JOY AND A FRIENDLY SMILE.I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW AMAZING IT IS TO HAVE SOMEONE WITH SO MUCH KINDNESS LIKE HEATHER.I HONESTLY WISH WE COULD HAVE MORE PEOPLE LIKE HEATHER IN ALL THE STORES.HOWEVER THE OTHER EMPLOYEES HERE ARE VERY SHY AND THEY HAVE A TENDENCY TO MAKE THE EXPERIENCE VERY AWKWARD.THEY DO NOT GREET YOU WITH A FRIENDLY SMILE OR EVEN A SIMPLE HELLO.HONESTLY IF HEATHER OR EMMA IS NOT THERE BE PREPARED TO SEE RUDE EMPLOYEES STANDING IN THE AISLES PLAYING WITH THEIR PERSONAL PHONES AND ACTING LIKE THEY DO NOT GET SANCTIONED FOR IT. THEY ALSO DO It AT THE REGISTER. IN TRIBUTE TO THE OWNER THANK YOU FOR HAVING OUTSTANDING PEOPLE LIKE EMMA AND HEATHER AT MY FAVORITE STORE.

A wonderful place where the real and the imaginary meet.
The environment is very pleasant. The book shelves are very well arranged.
The staff are extremely pleasant and friendly. There is a specific space for children to listen to stories.
Those who visited Barnes & Noble hardly ever come back to review some other books.

They definitely outdid themselves if you think this is just a book store rethink because it's definitely more to it, while it does have a large variety of books they went ahead and added an entire wall of Legos and shelves of toys if not interested in that they also have albums of several artists, unique playing cards, fun puzzles and most likely more! Definitely suggest for anyone if they want to stop bye for something or read,play with or listen to.

Went in on a whim, I wanted to find a book I had read years ago but couldn't remember the title of. Employee helped me not only find the title but also order it so I could reread it. Fantastic service.

Love the store-sadly book prices are not competitive-too bad because I would buy them there to keep a local bookstore supported-but not a local bookstore that is 30 percent higher than the competition which delivers to your door.

I love going here. This store is ALWAYS clean, and no matter how busy it gets, It's still very quiet. I can read without being interrupted while I'm having tea or coffee. It is a great place. It is my place when I need to escape. I had 1 problem 2 years ago... I had them order me a certain book and when I got it it was the wrong one. Beside that this place is GREAT!!

I could spend all day here! Beautiful store. Not just books, but tons of cool gifts and games. Check out the book annex next to the cafe for some great deals, especially if you're looking for affordable coffee table books.

I needed a book and they ordered it for me over the phone. They emailed me 3 days later that it was at store held at cashier for me to pick up .
While there I browsed and found a great book on budgeting on a display near front along with great stationary sets . Staff were helpful and had a warm attitude.
They smell of coffee all around was also mood pleasing.

Great place, very quiet and nice to stay a while during searching of books. The bookstore is well divided, i found the craft section a little bit empty, and the IT section is not so good, but the rest is ok. There is a coffee shop inside to make a break. Really enjoyable place to look for books.

Lovely people and very thorough customer service. This very pleasant lady spent a while trying to help us find “Speak Now (Taylor’s Version). Sorry I didn’t get your name but hopefully you read this. Thank you for the help!!!

Nice store. Great place to grab some Starbucks and browse on a hot/cold day (when you don't want to be outside). Always cute stationery and lots of Legos in the toy section.

Just want to say that I love this store so much and congrats to the new team members, I can tell someone in there is putting in the work to keep the store up to date with the coolest new selection, I love the booktok table and the “mystery date with a book. Everything looks amazing. I visit many bookstores weekly but always come back to this one. The selection is unbeatable. I will continue supporting this store every chance I get!!!
