Starbucks

I have never had an experience as amazing as the one I had the night of the March 14th. Cory, Crystal, and Tony were absolutely awesome. This was one of those nights that make me wonder why managers can't be part of tips, especially when they are the one creating the amazing experience. Hopefully one day that changes but until then I highly recommend going and seeing Crystal and Cory when you have a chance. You wont regret it!! Any advice they give you on drink combinations I strongly suggest you consider trying because you will be mind blown :)

3/14/24 at about 7:45p I walked in with my partner, rushing and somewhat ashamed because we felt bad that we placed an order in such proximity to closing time... Little did we know that there was the amazing crew made up of Crystal, Cory, and Tony there waiting to make our night! From the moment we walked in, Cory and Crystal started engaging with us over our drink choices. They asked who got which drink, and how we felt about the lavender in the drink that we got to try, then proceeded to MIND BLOW US with information and samples of what they recommended we should actually get the lavender in if we are excited to try it, due to the flavor actually being very different than we (most customers) expected. They explained the contrasting and balancing of flavors in the different combinations so well that we were in awe. As we wrapped up our conversation to avoid keeping the longer, since we appreciated how much of their time and knowledge they had already spared for us, we tried to give a tip directly to Crystal for them to split (don't like leaving bigger bills in cups in case it gets stolen), but were flabbergasted by the fact that her and Cory were both managers and that managers aren't allowed to receive tips. We ended up having to put the tip in the cup since Tony had just stepped to the back. I really don't understand, nor agree, with the fact that managers can't get tips, I feel like ANY employee that goes above and beyond should be allowed to accept tips (not required to receive, but allowed to accept), hopefully that changes eventually. We will definitely be visiting our new favorite Starbucks crew again ASAP!!

I’ve been living in Peabody for 2 years now and have been going to this Starbucks mostly everyday and not once have they disappointed me. They’ve never any drink I order wrong. Today 12/29/23 I had my frozen pineapple passion fruit drink done horrible twice ( half juice half foam) at the new starbucks in Danvers nearby. I came to this one and asked if they could help me and remake it . Made it perfectly . Thank you to the guy at the front register , didn’t get his name but thank you

This is the most chill Starbucks I've ever been to, great music, great service, drinks were perfect. This picture captures the vibe of the place.

So my Pink Metallic Holiday cup broke, and the manager (Zave), was so kind to refund me; although, I really wanted my cup, 😩! In addition to, still making sure the line was moving, and orders were being prepared. Definitely would come back if in the area!

The barista came outside to deliver my coffee to my car for me.
I told him that their google listing said that their location had a drive-through, which it did not, and he checked it and confirmed what I told him.
He said that he would contact his manager about it, and that each store doesn't have access to Google's listings for their stores.
All in all, the barista went out of his way to help me, so this place gets an easy 5 stars from me!

My first time at this location. It’s a Sunday afternoon, it wasn’t packed, which I appreciated. The baked goods display was clean and orderly. The place was clean in general. I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frappe and it was DELICIOUS. Presentation was awesome too

Always a great experience. I'm an irregular visitor but when I do go it's multiple days in a row. I'm always in and out in no time. Definitely enjoy the bacon cheese egg bites, yogurt with fruit and granola and ham egg & swiss breakfast sandwiches. Almost always get a White Chocolate Mocha too! 🥯🍳🥓👍

Edit 2: They've extended their hours again! They're open until at least 6pm. I thought I saw 8pm but call to make sure.

They're only open from 5am-2pm nowadays but it's still just as good if you can get there on time!

Fantastic location! Employees are very friendly. The gentleman working knew my name and order after only two visits! Great balance in their drinks even when busy. Highly recommend!

Great customer service. Staff is always friendly and if they don't make my drink right, they always give it for me.

I stopped in the Danvers store on RT. 114 for a free coffee on my birthday. The cashier refused because I didn't have my Starbucks card! They just lost a loyal customer. ☮ Good bye 🤖

Friendly Staff, coffees came out quick even though it was really busy when we stopped in around 1pm.

The store was filled with customers but vanished fast on a Sunday afternoon. Great food and coffee.

Not from around here. But stopped in to get my usual that I always get in my area. The guys who work there are very friendly. Got my order right. Coffee was great!

Starbucks is always reliable and this is no exception. I ordered ahead using their app and my beverage was hot and ready to go when I arrived. Perfect. Will definitely be back.

Got a gift card to this store, not so familiar with their products..but from my first visit here, I fell in love with the environment, the customer service is so great...especially with the lady that helped me understand their products and some recommendations from her made my experience awesome.....when you visit...ask for Gabby....she is great!

Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable! Got my drink and food fast. I tried two items new to the menu, and both tasted great. Location is small, but feels comfortable.

This location is the best!!!! All the employees are very friendly and kind! They always make sure to greet me and ask how I am doing which really makes my day!
