Thanks to Home Depot, I have been able to restore my bedroom set back to its original luster and shine with the product I got at Home Depot for $10.00. No sanding it down required either.

Nice and fast...ordered online and picked up dewalt 60v within 2 hours. Free battery made value incredible. Blue box store still not doing 60v dewalt tools.

John the manager of the Salem Home Depot of Massachusetts is one of the nicest and kindest man I have ever met in my entire life. He actually took my number and called me back when something was available this type of customer service is just not around anymore. I ordered a barbecue for delivery from ace hardware in Marblehead on a specific day two weeks out, they never delivered, delayed as week, then another week with only excuses and blaming everyone but themselves. Having had enough, I went to this Home Depot, ordered a barbecue for delivery two days later, the day came, they could not assemble it as promised, they called and were very apologetic, took full responsibility and substituted a $1500 upgraded unit fully assembled for my $1000 unit. That’s customer service! Shop here, not at lousy ace hardware!

Fastest purchase of concrete yet. No wait walked right in and made purchase, drove to the back to a waiting forklift operator. Concrete was loaded in seconds and I was on my way to my job. Thank you for the super friendly efficient service. I wish I got to deal with this location more often.

Rob the associate in the window department was exceptionally helpful. He ended up saving me a hundred and fifty dollars on a window. Rob was courteous and insightful his knowledge and ability to instruct me with replacing my broken window was above and beyond.

We picked up manure for outside use. The staff was super friendly, even loaded it into our hatchback for us. Check out was simple and smooth. Our experience was great. I recommend this location due to the friendliness of the staff

I brought in a double cylinder Schlage deadbolt for rekeying to my existing locks. Justin was patient and efficient and got a difficult job done for me. I was so impressed that he took his time and did the job right. He should be your employee of the month if not the year. I can’t say enough about his excellent service

Tom the Plumber was patient and helped me understand with his sketches when I tried to describe the sequence of factors that may have contributed to a deeply clogged bath drain. Saved me a bundle!

Yesterday I lost my wallet and phone at Home Depot Salem. After a lot of stress trying to find it, Ernie approached to me to ask me if I lost something, even his shift was over and he was already in his truck to go home, he came back to the store to help me out and he gave me back my stuff. I am very grateful for people like Ernie. I really appreciate his kindness ❤

Love this store. The staff is helpful if you find the right one to ask. They changed the layout of the items. Picked up my new zero turn mower today that was ordered online came in three days early. Perfect timing for cutting season. Store is well stocked up with Halloween items and believe it or not Christmas items

Love the well seasoned and highly knowledgeable staff at Home Depot. Like any shopping trip, I came with a list of goods I needed and I left with two or three things I knew I needed around the house (always need 90° Coax Adapters, am I right?)

Staff are friendly, fast paced, and informative. You’ve got a job and they’re gonna equip you for it.
