The men's suiting department us top notch. The seamstresses are some of the best in the business, and Sam, my personal style consultant, is awesome. Nordstrom has the best customer service on the planet.

I was at the Peabody MA store today, to buy a cologne , Blake Bernard went above and beyond..
It toke me a while , and he was so patient , and at any time he looked to be "stressed ".
He the man!!! Thank so much, you are the best

Christian the Makeup Artist at the Mac Counter is simply the sweetest person ever and an actual magician when it comes to applying makeup! I leave feeling so beautiful every time I leave the chair after having my makeup done! Such a talented makeup artist!!

I bought a cologne from here today and this very nice lady Rachel helped me out. She was very knowledgeable and went out of her way to help me pick a fragrance that suited me. 10/10 customer service.

The sales staff in this store are amazing! I had a death in the family and had to buy clothes for my loved one. The sales woman helped me pick out the perfect outfit and showed true compassion for my situation. I will make it a point to do all my shopping at this store because of the staff.

Faith helped me pick out a fragrance that was for a birthday gift. I’m not familiar with women’s fragrance so her assistance saved me lots of time.

I had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with Athena and Alexis in the perfume department. I was interested in buying a very expensive well known perfume. However, when I sampled the perfume I was disappointed in its scent. These two ladies made recommendations on different perfumes until I came across one that I really liked. I went ahead with the purchase and thankfully my girlfriend loved the perfume as well. If you are interested in buying your loved one a nice perfume I highly recommend you ask for Athena and Alexis. They will do an excellent job in assisting you.

Service person was really useful and helpful. When you buy jeans here they alter them for free and if you need it done quickly they'll do it in an hour for a $10 fee

Everytime I go in this store I end up buying something for myself or my wife.

I shop at Nordstrom in Peabody frequently and always have a great experience! I was there today looking to buy some perfumes and lotions and the girls were so helpful! Alexis spent a good amount of time with me and I'm very grateful for all of her help! All of the employees have gone above and beyond every time I've ever been there. I am a very happy customer!

Love the products of course. There is one woman at the Chanel counter Melissa who is one of the nicest sales girl. She doesn't try to make you buy something unless u ou want it. Explains the products to you and nice attitude.

They responded to my call efficiently and in a friendly way when I was trying to reach my daughter.

Wonderful shopping experience!! Coming here is like visiting friends you have known forever. The associates are always friendly, super helpful and eager for you to have a great experience. Special kudos to Kathy in fragrances/Jo Malone, for always being so helpful and sampling fragrances so I can try them at home.

Enjoy shopping nordstrom plus I love their cafes. Since I shop in different locations what makes me see all the clothes in nordstroms is their cafe. The staff especially in Peabody and Braintree are top notch! Their hospitality, as well as, the comfort of a break from shopping draws me in. I then peek at the clothing and always find something.
