If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I brought my car here for collision damage and it is absolutely flawless inside and out! I’m in awe at how much of a great job they did! They’ve gained a customer for life with me and I am going to refer everyone I know to them! They’ve been nothing but friendly and helpful since day one! They put so much pride in their business and it shows! Thank you so much!

My wife’s car got into an accident, and repairs were made at Peabody Auto Collision! We got the car back “brand new”. They even cleaned the inside. I was shocked! Will definitely recommend their service to friends and family.

Getting into accidents suck, but they made the process so much better. Handled insurance from beginning to end, organized a rental car, kept me up to date, and restored my car to as new. Make your life easier and choose them!

My experience with Peabody Auto Collision was nothing short of fantastic. They are extremely easy to work with, have excellent customer service and communication, and of course fantastic workmanship. I came in for some cosmetic damage to both of my passenger side doors, and they corrected it so well that it looks like it never happened. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the job was done perfectly, and that nothing was left unfinished. The shaping, color match, and time it took them to complete the job was excellent. I will definitely come back if I ever need more repairs!

Peabody Auto Collision is fantastic. I had been meaning to get my front bumper fixed for some time and after more accumulated damage in a bumper to bumper it was finally time.

Their work is top notch. They care for every detail on and off the car. Raffi was super knowledgable and helped me understand what repairs needed to be done and how to do it in the most cost effective way. ( I know very little about cars and they proved their integrity to me early on). Liz handled every detail for me on the logistical spectrum. (renting a car, helping me deliver the car back to me) Both were amazing in helping in a stressful time.

Not only did they fix all damage, but they also cleaned and detailed the inside my car which was quite unexpected. The car came out looking like new inside and out.

All who worked on and who I met there went above and beyond on all levels and I cannot thank them enough for their hard and professional work. If you need anything fixed - please go check them out!

They made the process a breeze and lifted so much weight off my shoulders because they took care of it all from start to finish. From making the insurance claim to renting a vehicle, returning the rental and delivering my vehicle to my work place. They DO NOT lack any customer service skills. The owner (very respectful and friendly) and I had a great connection when we met. He was brutally honest with the cost of the repairs and the work that had to be done.

I was involved in an accident and I brought my car here for repairs. While my car was there for repairs I decided to do a chrome delete as well. I was extremely happy with the way my car came out! My engine cover got bent and was scraping on the ground. I went over to Peabody Auto Collision to have it looked at. They saw me right away, were so respectful and kind, removed the piece, all free of charge. I was so impressed with their service. And loved that they didn’t treat me like I was dumb because I was a woman (like some dealerships do). Highly recommend going over there if you are having any issues!

My 2021 Outlander Sport was hit and subsequently totalled. There was an issue with my collision insurance and I needed to pay out of pocket for the repairs. Not only did Rafi (owner) take the time to personally explain the process to me, he offered compassion and kindness, referred me to a lawyer, AND he did everything he could make sure the job was done right while understanding the severity of the financial burden this caused for me. He advocated for me with the Mitsubishi dealership and got them to replace the transmission free of charge which saved me $5,000. The car looked better than when I bought it upon pick up and the detail job was impeccable. I am very grateful I chose to do business with these fine people. 10/10 recommend!

They did a great job on my car , it looked brand new when I went to pick it up they went above and beyond to fix something cosmetic on my car that was not apart of the original work I went in for which I really appreciated . Will return if I ever need more work done

I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. It was such a great experience. They staff works together as a team, and goes out of their way to make sure the customers are beyond satisfied while make the process easier on the customer by taking things into their own hands completely with insurance and parts. The amount of time they spend after repairs to make your car look brand new when detailing and painting is unreal and they are so cooperative and understanding. Your happiness is what they truly thrive off of and they dont procrastinate.
