I don’t dine here too much but when I do it’s always on point. I honestly can’t complain, the burgers are tasty and the service is awesome. They also work very fast which is great when your hungry.

Order preparation was fast and they make a great burger!!! Juicy and cooked just right. Love grabbing a bunch of peanuts on my way out.

Food was great, as always! Ordered online with delivery. Got here before it was scheduled, not sure if that was the staff or the delivery guy, stuff awesome!

Food is good, nice you can order what toppings you want. Fries are great and shake is real ice cream

Delicious! Burger cooked perfectly..bacon, lettuce, tomato: all super fresh! I called to let them know how great it was. I haven’t thought to go there in a while, but after a long day decided to stop in. Glad I did! Great job to all the staff! They definitely take pride in their jobs! Will be back more often for sure!

What can't be said about five guys that hasn't already been said. It is the one true Burger to rule them all, you can go to a fancy restaurant in order of bistro burger but you are fooling yourself and your stomach. A smash Burger with American Cheese is the only way to experience this culinary masterpiece

I recommend the Vegetable (veggie) sandwich!Is have that again that good and no heartburn and fries so good and tasty and less without sacrificing flavor together!

What a friendly staff. I was waiting patiently for a bit before I called in and was greeted very professionally. I decided to walk in and grab it; thinking they were clearly busy, and was again greeted quickly; after asking for a shake to add to my order I was surprised to find out: I'd be receiving it all right... As a gift. Jokes aside they have an excellent staff who understand how to manage internal struggles and find peace in making other people happy. The true meaning of hospitality, and possibly of life as well.

Order process was easy. It was ready when I got there, friendly courteous staff, burger was really good, even my picky toddler ate it. Fries were good just a little overdone but overall great experience

Love the fries. Anyone who ignores having them with salt and malt vinegar need their head examined. I'm British and that's how we have our "chips". Milkshakes are always delicious... It's not good for my waistline... but worth it, right?

I forgot to order something on the burger went back in and they took care of it! They were all extremely nice, friendly, smiling, etc . They were outstanding each and every one of the employees! They were trying to help in any way they could!

Love me their burgers and fries.

This place has been a favorite of my family for years.

The GOOD:
1) Very simple menu (basically: burger, hot dog, grilled cheese, veggie sandwich, fries, soda, milk shake).
2) The staff is typically friendly enough.
3) Food is good.

The BAD:
1) Price is on the high side for this kind of simple takeout, but we accept that for what it is. We do enjoy the food for occasional takeout.
2) Seems like the past couple years, they lost any ability to pay attention to detail. It doesn't matter how we order (in-person, on the phone, online), they will manage to get something wrong. Every time it's something.
•Several times I've told them "the grilled cheese has grilled onions (not raw). It's very important." They assure me they'll be grilled. Get home and they're raw.
•Other times they get one or two burgers completely wrong. "Cheeseburger with lettuce, onion & ketchup, please." Get home to find that one has pickles, tomato & mustard.
Seems like this started happening with covid, but as of Dec 2022 it still just never got better.

If you're willing to pay a bit on the higher side and you're willing to unwrap every sandwich to take a deep dive on each order before you leave, then it's not bad. Nothing more frustrating to find out they hosed one of your orders (again) after you get home, especially when you plead with them to get it right this time. Outside of that, the food is good when it's what you ordered.

5 stars because the staff is generally really friendly, work hard, the place is kept clean, and the food is good. But they need to relax with the lettuce. I never get lettuce with my burgers but get it anyways half the time. I once ordered 2 burgers EXACTLY the same and one randomly had lettuce on it. It's fine when I can just take it off, but when it's in place of something I actually wanted it's annoying.

The moment I walked into this five guys, I felt immediately welcomed by the kind staff. They asked me how my day was listened to me, and then when I mentioned how my hand was hurt they immediately offered to get ice for me. Such a kind staff, I don’t know whether it was their parents, or the way they were trained, but it was some of the best customer service I have ever received at a fast food restaurant. I myself work in fast food, and can conclude that I am very happy with this establishment.

Love this place good burger solid price. I have an autoimmune disease in my gut I am not able to eat dairy or gluten. Its one of the few places I can go to and enjoy the food and the only place I currently know of that I can have the fries because they don't fry anything else no cross contaminants. Awesome eat there 3 times a week lately

Fantastic food, as always. Burger was cooked perfectly and the fries were hot and crispy. The prices are a bit high, but ultimately worth it. Will definitely go back for more.

These guys are great! We accidentally entered our order into the wrong branch online. The Peabody crew made are order on the spot and didn't even charge us again. Five Guys has great food and Five Guys Peabody has the best employees with amazing customer service! Thanks guys!

Seriously the best burgers around. We all get different toppings, LOTS to choose from. The kids love eating the free peanuts while we wait. And the Cajun fries are a family fav.! If you haven't been, you need to make the trip!
