Absolutely amazing experience, my father and I were shopping for cologne not sure of what to get and then in came Michelle, she was absolutely outstanding, helping us figure out what we needed while also giving us an amazing experience and getting the perfect fragrance for us. I told her what I was looking for and not even a few minutes later she came back with the exact scent, and I was amazed along with my father because we had never had anyone help us like that ever before. I would’ve bought a house from Michelle and not even asked about the price that’s how good she was at selling me this fragrance. Truly such a wonderful experience and amazing person making our visit her truly one of a kind. Wish we had a Macy’s with a Michelle back home. Once again outstanding!!

Actually, better than I thought it would be. Helpful sales clerk assisted my 90+ year old father to select new shirts. Bravo!

Dennis in the men’s suits/shoes section had to be the best customer service I have experienced. Hell of a salesman & unbelievably friendly & nice. Thank you Dennis, you are the reason we come back.

Every time I visit Macy's in Northshore, I always find I I came in for. It's not too crowded most of the days, and customer service is excellent.

I was helped by Anu in the Macy’s men store in the mall. She was absolutely amazing. I was a little lost not knowing what type of suit fit me the best. She gave me info and suggestions. It felt like shopping with a friend rather than an employee. I ended up buying a 3 piece suit and I love it. Thank you so much Anu you are amazing. I went to men’s wearhouse and the gentlemen working there were nowhere near as helpful.

Really love the bright and cheery store. The store was well lit and plenty of activity. There was plenty of stock on shelves, but very little woman's shorts right now. I am sure they are coming. ;-) Big store and plenty of room to explore.

My son needed a suit for a wedding. He's a hard size to fit off the rack, 30x32 pants and a 36 jacket. No pants, black, at Saugus yet the woman checked the computer and printed out a list of stores that stocked those sizes. Went to the Peabody store and a very helpful salesman fitted him perfectly and even helped him get shoes he liked! Best of all between coupons and sales we saved $247 and my son has an outfit ready for weddings and funerals!! Thanks, Macy's!!

My favorite store to buy my clothes

This Macy's is my favorite place to shop. Get treated like a family every time I walk into the store with my kids. The folks who work in the men's department know me by name and and I know them by names. Special thanks to the following individuals for an excellent job. Gary, Emmanuel, Thomas and Jean including all those hard working folks who I can't remember their names. Awesome!!!

Best place to shop for brand name clothes and shoes . Some days they have a good discount up 70% . Having a store card help you to save more but be careful to pay it in full interest rate is higher 24% up .
Most sales happen in weekend and holidays.

Huge space, cool ac, beautiful jewelry, mikes of fashion, close to family dining

Found a couple nice deals in the backstage area....shockingly not one associate asked my wife or I if we wanted any help? Kind of odd in a full service retail store.

I absolutely love Macy’s! I shop in the Peabody Ma store frequently and always find what i am looking for. The employees are always very nice. However, twice when I have been to the pickup desk (once a few months ago and then today), the gentleman who works there is simply Rude! He is very nasty and when I was there at 8:00 this morning, when the store had just opened, he couldn’t be bothered to acknowledge that I was standing in front of him! I have worked in retail for more than 40 years, and this is not how customers should be treated!

Incredible customer service. I told Emanuele what I was looking for, and he found the perfect suit immediately, in my exact size and without measuring.) I was in and out in 45 minutes.
