Outdoor Supply Hardware has everything! Very clean & organized store. Employees were very helpful. They have every nut, bolt, screw, hook ever made. Can’t wait to go back!

OSH is back everyone! It's rebranded as Outdoor Supply Hardware now but it has a large selection of garden supplies, tools, hardware, finishes, and home fixtures. Staff were friendly and helpful and Tyler the cashier was particulaly nice

Very large selection of items. Slightly pricier than Home Depot but the variety is great. If you need something slightly out of the ordinary this is the place to visit.

I needed several 3mm and 4mm screws and nuts for a project. Outdoor Supply has by far the selection of individual fasteners in a mass market store and they're open on Sunday. Like Orchard Supply Before it, they also carry an incredible assortment of craft sodas at the checkout stands.

Based on a Nextdoor post recommending the newish Outdoor Supply Hardware at Hollenbeck and Homestead, I checked it out and am very impressed. The section for air plants is especially impressive - many varieties I never see on shelves. Everything is laid out like the old OSH, clean and well-stocked. I felt bad I only bought a screw and two washers ($1), but for everyday household hardware, this is superior to Ace, HD and Lowe’s, and I’ll come here.

I knew I had one of these Outdoor Supply Hardware stores literally around the block from me, but I had been going for just plant stuff and would usually drive further to Home Depot for everything else. For some reason when I had time, I decided to walk the entire store. I kept getting blown away by the amount of high quality stuff they have, which is all neatly organized in a store that’s actually pleasant to be in (unlike the chaos that you have to suffer through at Home Cheapot). They have lot of home essentials like lighting, networking cables, adapters, hand tools to save you in a pinch, and just so much more - they literally have everything! Honestly, I don’t think I’ll ever have to drive further than around the block for any of my projects around the house anymore. Helpful staff. This store is a dream.

Oh my goodness I love this place, they are the kings of kindness. I'll be back I'm sure only because they are a masters in customer service, very helpful and they help me to find the cap nuts and wing nuts that I need.

Both the floor staff and the checkout staff were helpful in finding things for a plumbing repair.

OSH is far better than the big box lumber stores when it comes to hardware. They have a superior selection of nuts, bolts, screws, etc. They have a great variety of spray paint too - I've always found what I need.

Purchased some plants here a month or so ago...Must go back as it's huge, well-organized, and clean!!! I also had plenty of room to bring my dog with me! Definitely prefer it over Home Depot and Lowe's.

Had a super nice experience at this store just now. I love that I can buy just the pieces of hardware that I need (like 2 molly bolts). Good bye to waste and ending up with drawers full of unneeded leftovers. Staff is really friendly and helpful.

Oh my, they had it! Each time I've gone looking for something I hoped a hardware store would have, good old OSH did have it. Don't let the Outdoor in OSH fool you. If you have to recycle a florescent light tube they might have room in their container. It's best to call the store first and they still answer the phone with a smile.

I went to find grass seed (for which they had several options in stock), but while there I found several other items I had been unable to find at Home Depot and Lowe's (even when their websites said they were in stock).
While there, several employees asked what I was looking for or if they could help; and those whom I asked for help knew the answer right away.
The store is well organized and lighted and appears to have a complete selection of tools and hardware, as well as yard supplies.
The parking lot was easy to get in and out of, and not full of loiterers.
Despite all this, the store was not crowded - I surmise because the customers quickly found what they were looking for and departed.
If you liked Orchard Supply Hardware, you will very likely like the new OSH.

Beautiful and clean store! Everything is very organized and easy to find, especially those hard to locate fasteners, specialty nuts and bolts. The staff were very helpful, didn't have to try and hunt them down, they came up and asked to help!! I will be a customer from now, no more frustrating trips to one of the bigbox stores...and it's OSH!

Great customer service. My goto for when I'm unsure about something. This is no store where you need to hunt for someone to help. When I entered the store I was greeted and went to the aisle I was told to go, then when I was done with my first item, I easily found someone and pointed me to the second location. Then, when I was at that location, someone else asked if I found what I needed. Was this for real? Did I die and go to hardware store heaven?

Very nice and clean hardware store and garden center. Close enough to the old Orchard Supply Hardware to evoke nostalgia. All they need to have are more tchotchkes and knickknacks.

So glad to have OSH (even if under a somewhat new name) back in the neighborhood. I would much rather support a local business than the big-box home stores. Daniel, the assistant manager, was able to help me source a particular Stihl electric chainsaw from one of their other stores. He got the unit transferred, assembled it, and had it all ready and waiting for us when we came in. His communication was outstanding and so much better than what we’ve all come to expect from retail stores in the US these days. Super happy with my purchase and will definitely be coming back for anything I can get from here first, before checking the big other national chains. I’ll even happily pay a little more if necessary, but from what I’ve seen, prices are very competitive.

Use to shop at Orchard Supply. This store was well stocked and very helpful and knowledgeable staff. We will return. The manager named Perry was very helpful as was Shawn. A pleasant and useful shopping experience. Thanks.

Someone disabled my bike and put a padlock on my wheel. I needed my bike operational to get to school the next day and 2 employees named Carlos and Luke showed great customer service and empathy for my situation. They found a padlock cutter and cut the lock off at no charge! The store was also very well maintained and staffed with a large selection of hardware.
