Metro by T-Mobile

I bought a new phone and activated new service with Ahmad today. He was extremely patient and friendly. He took the time to transfer all of my information from my previous phone to my new phone. He made sure I was all set to go before leaving. I highly recommend this particular Metro by T Mobile store.

Ahmed is amazing. He has the patience of God Almighty. He is honest, kind and trustworthy. The new phone process can be so frustrating and time consuming. I'd rather do it there with Ahmed than any other phone store. He gets it done.

Best in-store experience with Ahmad! I’ve been a metro customer for 5 years and came to this location based on reviews and was not disappointed - Ahmad worked with me to help me add Wi-Fi to my phone plan, took the time to adjust my plan to best suit my needs, and even talked me through how to hook up the Wi-Fi. Plus he was a pleasure to work with. Thanks, Ahmad - I will recommend you & Metro to family and friends.

As a Metro customer for 15+yrs having moved further north where no stores are located, I first called the other alpine store and the lady there was not vey helpful. I called this store and spoke to Ahmad and soon took the hour drive where he took great care of me! Extremely knowledgeable and the best customer service I have received anywhere in a long time. Everyone knows his name when they walk in, and him theirs. That's top notch!! Will always call him and or go to this store when needed in the future.

Ahmad and Tara are both very friendly and helpful. Took the time to explain everything and worked hard to get my port to go through.

Amid is so AMAZING. just got news phones last month and had a question. I called the Alpine store and he answers. So friendly. So kind. Metro, this man needs a raise!!!! We love our phones but with Amid as an employee we always know we will be taken care of. He goes out of his way EVERY time and it's contagious. Thank you Amid, with all the dark in the world you truly are a ray of sunshine

I have had to go in multiple times and Tara is fantastic. She's so helpful and she is very friendly. I don't want to go to any other MetroPCS to be honest. This one is just perfect.

Ahmad does a great job !! He helped me with getting my new moto g stylus phone . After I looked at Apple phone . And saw the price difference . Love this metropcs store !!
