My favorite gas station! I'm there everyday. Very clean, well stocked and friendly staff. The checkout can be a bit confusing to some because they have 3 You scans. If you have any issues, there is an attendant right there. If You scan isn't your thing they do still have a traditional check out too. It makes waiting in line almost non existent.

Can someone explain why a gas station/convenience store would build a big, beautiful place right in the midst of a HUGE captive audience and then offer little to nothing of what this captive audience would be willing to buy? You've got Amazon and Fed ex drivers, State Police, Meijer's offices, a large Holiday Inn, numerous businesses all within a mile of your store. Yet all that's offered is incredibly small, dry, plain pizza slices for $3.49?! I'm going to offer a suggestion because I think it's needed. Management needs to go look at Market Express that was built in Allendale a couple years ago. They are amazing in their offerings for everyone. You could certainly incorporate some of their incredible ideas into your location and it would be most welcome by all. Believe me. I was encouraged when you built because Meijer was like a shell with coffee and pop. Nothing there, either. How discouraging to see J& H is following suit. My gosh, these locations are virtual gold mines! Invest in employees who care! You'll more than make it back with selling what people really need and want!!

As a box truck driver we can only get into so many places and rely on stores like this for food I stop almost everyday of the week and the food in the hot box well there nothing hot about it old cold nasty food workers just standing around not doing anything but stuffing there faces with food don't ever even get greeted when I walk in ....now that BIGGBY next door they on point on over there

Poor customer service. It seems like they almost refuse the open their main register and want us all to do self checkout. I am in regularly as I work nearby so I stop here for convenience, but the main worker lady, is extremely rude, and gave me the impression that she’s lazy. I once overheard her say (as she basically yelled it across the store) that she won’t refill coffee because once it’s out, it’s out for the day and we will have to go somewhere else. C’mon. Your located in a heavily populated, high traffic area. Many people stop for coffee on their commute to work. Just kind of rubbed me the wrong way. They rarely ever have food items that they advertise, like pretzels and soup, popcorn, etc. I used the think “oh maybe they don’t have it in stock” but after the coffee thing, it makes me wonder if they just decided not to do it? My partner was with me one day, and while checking out and tried making conversation, and mentioned how it seems like they’re low on inventory and how it’s unfortunate. It was not said in a passive aggressive tone, or was it meant to insult the place, however the same lady snapped back with “yeah well we’re low on people and we’re doing our best”. First, no one ever said you weren’t working or doing your job. Second, there was absolutely no need to be rude and even if it was taken that way, there are many different and polite responses that could’ve been said.

Stopped to get coffee and a snack and was told by the attendant I HAD to use the self checkout and got an attitude with me when I told her I needed to buy cigarettes too.

This location really sucks. They are constantly "out" of stuff that I can see in the fridge. They never have anything ready when I come in.

Went to fill up my semi truck. Two straight trucks were done filling up at the diesel pumps. Waited over an half hour for them to move ahead. I hope the store will do a pull ahead when done pumping sign.

Cashier was disrespectful and rude because I wanted an item behind the counter and apparently customer service manners are not in their training.
