It's super great when you go in a store like Marshall's and get wonderful deals at great prices!! Plus the cashier's were super friendly and fast.

Late this afternoon at a very busy time, my wife and I had an incredible experience of customer service at the Alpine Avenue store in Grand Rapids. We wanted to return a couple nice hoodies we bought for our family but didn’t have great return documents. Diane V went way past my expectations to solve our issue and showed incredible humanity toward others, something I wish was more prevalent in this world.
We’re good customers, love the store, and will spread the word. 👍

I love Marshall's! I just discovered they have an awesome hair products selection. I primarily shop here for my grandchildren...good prices.

I was out Christmas shopping this morning. When I went to check out at Marshall’s, I was greeted by the friendliest cashier. I didn’t catch her name. But she spent time asking about Thanksgiving plans. We shared our plans with each other and had some laughs. She made my whole day. We need more people in the world like her!

It's like a goodie box that you can't wait to see what is in it this time. They have some nice products, a bit of almost everthing. Some.times.you find something you've been looking for at a decent price, then you'll see other things ,but wait it may get marked down a little more. They really have.some of everything, you won't be disappointed!

Great store, always things to find for a hood deal.

Found amazing deals, name brand,cheap clothes for my daughter and myself. I also was impressed with the shoe selection. This store has girls shirts starting at 4.99, and I got shorts and athletic pants for my daughter for 5.99 and 9.99. awesome deals, I went to once apon a child next and couldn't even find deals that great (and that's used!!).

Very nice and big store. Good sized departments, you can find some interesting things here at decent pricless. like that I'm able to get name brand stuff, brand new, for less.

My sister and I came in to buy a couple of dresses for our Uncles Funeral and to find a birthday present for our great nephew and grandson. A blue power ranger and she look all over the store for us Thank you again for all your help.

Always well stocked and organized. New goods rotate in on regular basis. You can now shop online and return to the store if item doesn't work out. Prices are well below regular retail.

A little disorganized BUT the staff is working very hard with their labor shortage. Joan has ALWAYS been extremely kind, beyond helpful and proficient!

Great variety, great prices. Today my shopping was great with all the clearance prices but, checking out was horrible, over 30 minutes and 2 registers open. That's why a lot of customers order online.
