I drive for a food delivery service and had to go into the Walker location to fill a Shop and Pay order for a customer. I am just learning how to fill these orders quickly and today I had to pester three employees to help me locate items or find out if there was any more available to fill my customer's order. Each and every staff person was friendly, smiled and instilled in me the confidence that they were truly happy to help. At the end of my order I asked if someone could check me out. Nadine scanned my items and assisted me in finalizing my customer's order. Target, your staff is amazing and I hope they are appreciated by your corporation because they defined customer service for me today.

They usually have good deals and some quality items. I like their customer service too for the now questions or hassle returns.

Our dealership (Ed Koehn Chevrolet in Rockford) went to this Target location to purchase a ton of toys for out Toys For Tots toy drive. A manager ended up coming over when we were checking out and gave us 50% off all of the toys we were purchasing!!! They shut down the aisle as well and our cashier could not have been nicer. Seriously, what an amazing experience and gesture!! Thank you SO much!

Target, bar none is one of the best retail stores in the area. I'm glad I moved across the street from that Target in these apartments. Very convenient, great people that work there, and a great selection, and very clean all the time, I recommend people going there on a regular basis.

Newly renovated! Fast and friendly pickup service!

I went into Target today in hopes of exchanging some shoes. Since the shoes were online only and the sale was over I was looking at paying full price for shoes I had gotten on sale. I absolutely loved them but they looked used already. Gina was very helpful with looking for the pair I had already returned and was able to give a discount for the defective shoes. Long story short, I was happy with my experience. Thank you Gina!

Extremely busy but they were working fast and I ended up getting my order and leaving quickly. Target has always seemed to have great customer service and will do whatever is needed to make your visit right.

This 5 star review is for the customer service! I went to buy a pair of sneakers there that were the last available online and in store, but this pair of sneakers was missing the box and were a little dirty but nothing I couldn’t clean up myself at home. She offered me 50% off for the shoes without hesitating, helped me sort through my stack of Christmas target gift cards during my purchase, and even showed me how to use my target points that I didn’t even realize I had for yet another discount! She was so friendly, patient, and helpful even though it was pretty busy in there. I think I just found my favorite target!

Always loved this store even before the remodel, but now that the remodel is finished everything is even better. Shelves are stocked and it's super clean. Lov eit

I love the options at this store. It's always pretty busy but that's nothing that can be changed with how good they are. They've got a lot of friendly staff that will answer any questions, I don't think I've ever seen a mess inside in the many times I've been in. As a bonus, they also have a coffee shop inside if you want a drink while you shop.

I just want to say thank you Skye from tech department for helping me find the right batteries for my thermometer today. I wasn’t able to buy any since last night and after going to 9 different stores. But he was exceptional and really took time in helping me. He is awesome!

Good atmosphere, very clean, cute belts

My granddaughter and I were at this store last week when my granddaughter got sic k and threw up. The personal took great care of her as they were cleaning the spot and even gave her new jeans and socks. It was a positive experience for us.

Honestly one of my favorite Targets to go to! Though it’s a little on the messy side and they could keep stock of a little more things their prices are great and their customer service is awesome! Everyone is super helpful and nice. Anytime I have questions they try their the best with answers. Done a pretty complicated return there for some different sizes and surprisingly went extreamly smooth and I had no problems what so ever.
