Meijer

I always enjoy shopping at Meijer. We did catch it on a day when stock was quite low, especially in the produce area. That is not typical however, probably just an extra big holiday rush.

I drive for a local food delivery service and sometimes I have a shop and pay order. It’s important to my customers, my company and to me that I completely fill my customers’ orders with all requested products. On 11/1/23 an Alpine Meijer employee at the self checkout area ran all the way down the bank of checkout stands to find me a particular snack item my customer requested. The employee’s name is Lori MC and she was so helpful to me. Way to go, Meijer. Makes me happy to come back! Thanks, Lori!

The Greeter Mr. James is the most friendly greeter. He doesn't just say hello but will actually take a moment to chit chat with you especially if he can sense that you need more than just a hello. It's nice to know there is a pleasant familiar face after a long arduous day.

I always love to shop at Meijers I have never been disappointed yet with anything I have bought here. Always a clean store and friendly staff even on the busy holidays.

Found some great birthday presents and at great sale prices to boot!! But later outside when I was getting my grandson buckled in a nice man took care of my cart, he said I thought you needed some help you had your hands full. So great store and great customer 's.

This is my favorite Meijer because of the store pets, birds! Last time I was here there was one bird flying around, and today there were three. It makes for such an exciting shopping experience when you're dodging birds in the produce section 🥰🐦

Used the five items or less lanes (I had six 🤫) quick easy and dinner was served before 7.

I got a lot of love for Meijers. I used to go there as a kid and I remember the way that it was. When I was four, I remember, you could smoke in there, they had ashtrays at all the ends of the aisles. And they had coupons in the store! They usually put the corresponding coupon right next to the product on the shelf! Those days were awesome! And they had ice cream and you could ride the Meijers pony machine for a penny! The place is still amazing today! They have Mperks, and sometimes it's really nice to find out you have a $5 discount, or even a $2 discount on the total in your cart. I can go in and get a haircut at great clips in store, and they do a nice job for a good price, I like growing it out after I get a cut from them, it always grows out right. And I bring my empty pop cans there. The limit is $25 on pop cans. I see too many people trying to get rich off of it with the amount of cans they have, but they'll really only get a max of $25, they won't get more. And when Meijers finds out you're scamming their system, they can ban you completely. I see less of that all the time. Meijers is a great place if you're just picking up a few things you usually get there. You can spend hours trying to find stuff though, getting help from staff was a great tool I haven't seen much of from the store lately. But when I bought a TV there a few years back, the electronics guy during when I was getting stimulus checks was a whiz. I told him I only had $300 to spend on a 4k TV. He goes in back to check and pulls out an element 4k TV. He escorted me with it on a dolly and even asked if I needed help getting it in my car. I've since sold that TV to my sister. She doesn't have it anymore, but I made good money on it, pretty much what I paid plus a few bonuses from her. I currently have a Vizio. Vizio's have great color range. Most don't do 120fps, but that's okay. 60fps on a videogame is a great feature to have, especially when most older games the old standard was 30fps. 60 is a definite upgrade, and just looks so cool. The technology has come leaps and bounds ahead of where we were in the 80's. It blows it clear out of the water how great even cable television can look during sequences on these. Very snappy. And Meijers sells Vizio's at a great price.

The employees who work at the self- checkout area are always very helpful and courteous!

Truly fantastic grocery shopping. During several different visits I have met: The produce manager. Assistant store manager and the manager for the entire Alpine store. Nobody hides in an office. All are actively engaged in the store's operation. This is proof positive that a family owned business best serves its customers which in-turn benefits the company and the community.

Picked up my flash food order. Beware if you're picking up flash food. My stuff hasn't been there 3 out of 4 times. Yes you do get a refund but that doesn't refund my gas or time spent.

This five star rating goes to the pharmacy! You’ll save time by walking into the store pharmacy though. I’ve had to sit for a long while’s in the drive-through. I don’t mind sitting and waiting, but if I’m in a time pinch, I definitely go into to the store. They fill prescriptions very quickly after they are received by the system, and I have never have to call and check on status for refills. Also, they applyapply the best discount for me automatically. So, my prescriptions are typically less than what I am expecting … even if it’s just a little bit, it helps!

The store… can’t say too much on other than I didn’t have any luck with getting what I needed (cleaning supplies).

I always shop at Meijer. There's the widest selection to choose from and the price is usually lower than anywhere else.

If you’ve been to a Meijer, you’ve been to this one, nothing if note stood out when I was in the store, which is a good thing.

Meijer is my first choice for grocery shopping and I think their quality of meat And produce is far superior compared to Walmart and their prices are much better than family fare. I also like that they carry Essence brand makeup.
