Thus far, I think their service is good. They are prompt on the window time and I appreciate knowing when their coming and arrive. Since receiving the service, I haven't seen any house spiders which was one of the problems we have. Also, I'm not seeing as much stink bugs which was daily. I saw one last week as far as I could see. So, I would say it's affective. The person who does it is respectable of our home which I appreciate. Good job!

Noah was great! He was flexible on timing. He quickly located the entry point for the mice and put out enough traps to get the job done. On top of that he was very friendly and reassuring!!!

Every employee that has come out to our home has been kind and professional. Tim(hope I remembered his name) has been out many times and we finally met this last time. What a stand up young man!

Orkin came out quickly for an emergency situation. We had numerous yellow jackets coming into my daughter’s room through the windowsill. Kevin was professional and took the time to explain things and answer all my questions. I appreciate the quick response and quality service I received!

Michael was fantastic. I assumed I had either drain flies or fruit flies. I showed him my sticky trap and he said he doesn't think it's either, and that he could confirm by investigating the property outside. He took pictures and sent me pictures of moss buildup and told me we had fungal flies. Not only did he spray around my building, he sprayed around the entire condo building and recommended I contact my condo association and show them pictures and request they do a power wash. So he not only treated for my current problem, but also helped advise how to eliminate the root cause. He was very friendly as well.

Had an issue with yellow jackets in my back step. I was concerned for the safety of the neighbors children as they are very little. I called and received a response right away. The guy who came out was very respectful and courteous. Showed great care and concern for all those who could be affected as our houses are close together. came as soon as possible and even warned the neighbors about the bees. The infestation was quite extensive. Asked him to leave a note if he couldn’t reach the neighbors through knocking on the door. My guy was super personable. Give him a raise. Also they beat out the guys that advertise same day service then tell you the soonest they can come out is 5 days from the time you call.
