Gezon Motors

Had a great used car buying experience at Gezon Motors a week ago. Our salesman Ryan, the sales manager as well as Bruce in financing all went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. Delivery was quick and painless. I highly recommend Gezon Motors for your next new or used car purchase!

We purchased our Mitsubishi Outlander XLS new on 12/31/2006. The original dealer, Ziegler, sadly, no longer sells Mitsubishi. We moved to the Pacific NW in 2007 and only had our Outlander serviced at Mitsubishi dealers In Burlington, WA, when we lived on San Juan island’s Friday Harbor, and then 2 dealers (Pierre stopped selling Mitsubishi) and Mitsubishi’s original USA dealer, Younker, in Seattle. We have moved back to Holland, MI, and Gezon is the closest Mitsubishi dealer.
Reviewing Gezon: it sells VW and Nissan so I am guessing Mitsubishi is #3 in overall sales at the dealer. Sad! Mitsubishi is a strong brand worldwide and makes excellent vehicles but it has little traction here in the USA. That said the Gezon Mitsubishi service center is very good. I recommend it. One disappointment: of all 5 Mitsubishi dealers Gezon is the ONLY one that didn’t provide a “courtesy” car wash. That’s a nice touch I would like to see them do

My experience with Gezon Motors was excellent. I worked with Kevin and he did an outstanding job. I’ve never had anyone selling me a used car listen so well to all my concerns. He addressed every one of them, even after I had purchased the car. Everyone there was helpful and strived to make this a positive experience. I would definitely go back to Gezon to purchase another car.

I worked with Paul Jones, assistant sales manager, who was excellent. He successively worked on finding the model and trim in the color and with the features I was looking for. He takes the time to answer questions and thoroughly explain features. Also, I appreciate his frankness. This my third vehicle bought at Gezon and my second from Paul. I highly recommend Paul and Gezon to anyone looking for a new car.

The team at Gezon both behind the counter and in the garage are amazing. They have been a massive help fixing issues caused by another VW shop in town and their professionalism is a breath of fresh air. The shuttle service is really nice, just wish it ran all day. Will be the first place we go to for future VW needs.

An oil change at Gezon motors is a pleasure. A warm and friendly greeting when you check in, they make sure to touch base on your car’s performance and then usher you to the waiting area. The comfortable waiting area, available wifi made the wait fly by. Before I knew it I was checking out and on my way. See you next time!

Austin was very prompt, thorough at our service apt. He assisted my husband in taking him to a coffee shop while he waited for the car. Best service we have had at Gezon, thank you.

Austin was so nice and explained my bill to me and what they found, etc. It was so appreciated.
There used to be an another service person-Gary, who was the same way. Then some girl who was not very nice (must of been someone higher ups daughter) worked the counter for a long time. Glad she is gone!

The whole experience with Gezon was great. When I called right before the holiday weekend, Tim was able to get me an appointment on the books just a few days later. He was so helpful on the phone and so nice when I met him this morning to drop off my car. After expecting a more expensive visit, they were able to repair the issue rather than just charging me to replace the part. He was so cheerful when he called to tell me they were able to make the repair and they had it done, hours before I expected it! I really appreciate the team at Gezon, especially Tim!

Matt is fantastic! He will find you the right car and work with you to make sure everything is perfect. Would recommend Gezon motors to anyone even thinking about looking for a car. Also, the Nissan certified program is great.

My wife and I just purchased a Leaf! The staff was very kind, particularly Paul Jones who introduced us to this amazing vehicle. His detailed knowledge of the Leaf was impressive. But most of all, we both sensed from Paul Jones a genuine care for us as customers. We highly recommend Gezon Nissan!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I got so lucky ending up with Matthew Merrell as my sales guys. He and Marty went above and beyond for me, they would hype me up when I felt insecure about my first big purchase, they pushed to get me the best deal they could and they did! They answered every call and text, never even seemed a little bit annoyed with my non stop questions and honestly made the process fun. We cracked jokes, high fived a lot and Matthew really helped make this sometimes stressful process an absolute blast. Everyone I came in contact with here was genuine and kind, they really cared about helping me get a reliable newish car. You meet alot of sales people who you can see right through the fake kindness, that was not at all the case here.
If you’re looking for a new or used car, go to Matthew Merrell, if there is a chance in hell he can make it happen for you, he absolutely will.
AND Gezon Motor, if you’re reading this, make it rain on Matthew for me.

Paul Jones, Bruce and Martin took great care of me while I was purchasing a vehicle. They were informative, thoughtful and patient. Not only are they professional, but they're great people with a great sense of humor. Paul makes car buying an enjoyable experience. Kudos to him for his great work! The price I paid for my car was fair, and I am a very happy customer!

I brought my car in last minute because of an irregular rattle. Within less than 24 hours they had it diagnosed, fixed, other maintenance recommended and completed, cleaned and detailed. Austin communicated everything quickly and honestly.

I drove from the Detroit area to Grand Rapids one recent evening when one of those pesky warning lights came on. I went online and contacted Volkswagon Service at Gezon hoping to schedule service the next day. I received a text within minutes even though they were closed. They were able to look at my car the next morning. Running car, peace of mind, plus a bag of chips!

Went in for a recall service. Easy scheduling, even when I had to reschedule. Car was done pretty much on time, within a 15 minute window which I think is fair. Good customer service

I had a wonderful experience with Gezon today. They far exceeded my expectations. Joann was able to fit me into their schedule, even though they were really busy. Which was so much more accommodating than the other VW dealer that I called. My appointment was at 2:00 and they pulled my car in at 1:58pm. The staff member at the service counter was very pleasant and efficient. And one hour later my car was finished. They answered all of my questions and the checkout was quick and pleasant. Overall, one of the best experiences that I have ever had at a dealership.
